Splinterlands Diary 24.04.22 - HUNTER JARX

Hello, friends, the holiday weekend is upon us, the mood is joyful in the springtime, and the first thing we want to do is to congratulate Orthodox Christians on the glorious feast of Easter. Take care of yourself, love your loved ones, and all will be well.

All week in the game I spent in the league Gold II and only today, finally we have at least some progress, so I hope to finish the season in Diamond III, and for the passing of the day quest with the element of life today got this rewards:

Naturally, the opening of the Chaos Legion pack did not put it off and found it very useful Chaos Knight and Hill Giant, as well as an epic archer Hunter Jarx.

At six mana per summon, he has a pretty good combination of life and attack, and he's bailed me out more than once. Considering that I've had this card in my deck in gold foil for quite a while now, he's pretty cool to farm DEC in a silver league :)

Well, today with his help I was able to defeat my opponent with summoner and 6th level cards.

Given that my opponent often uses melee cards I chose Mylor Crowling, which gives cards the ability to return melee damage, a solid Flesh Golem for the first position, Hunter Jarx and Wood Nymph for the ranged attacks, which also healed my tank, and cheap low-cost attackers for the distractions.

Thanks to the damage returning and Brownie increasing the speed of my cards, I had an advantage, and then it all depended on how long the golem would hold out while the other cards methodically dealt damage to the enemy.

As always, having finished with battles, I moved on to financial matters, made a small redistribution of funds and increased my contribution to the PIZZA:ONEUP pool by three dozen tokens, as well as increased the CTP stake on Listnerds to strengthen my curatorial abilities (and profitability).

Now I'm going to celebrate Easter, so all business is postponed until Monday, and hopefully we will meet on the virtual battlefields :)
