Splinterlands - Earth Splinter Focus Rewards - x17 Chests Bronze 1

Well, this season has been incredibly kind to me. I was once again prompted with the beautiful Earth Splinter which I will never have any complaints about using

I figured for this day I should most likely let my ERC regenerate to a decent point but once I was Earth I had to burn that bar down some more, I was sitting around the 60% mark at the start and closed off this focus just under 30, I probably shouldn't be burning through so much especially if RP is effected by ERC but ehhhh, I'm having fun!

All learning experiences for me right now anyway as this is technically my second season back 🤷‍♂

I went a bit over-board with the rentals this time round, the Earth splinter is one of the more easier splinters to use therefor GF cards and such are quite high in demand, all us noobs need them easy wins!!

If you've read any previous Splinterlands posts of mine, I am not really caring about the DEC or rental costs right now as long as I'm enjoying myself and can somewhat see a recoup of investments in terms of my focus chests reward me more DEC than rentals are costing me (for the most part)

until today that is! my rentals cost me a whopping 44.219 DEC not a huge huge amount in the grand scheme of things but it is still quite a lot for one days worth of rentals !

With all the GF cards in my deck winning games and gaining RP was smooth sailings. within two wins I secured myself up 5 chests, feels great!

I even finished a battle with the highest RP I've seen for myself yet at 1003 😁

I really was expecting more to be honest, not the best of rewards especially considering the cost of my rentals but oh well, we move on!

I still secured myself up an additional 7 seasonal chests, so all in all I'm sure it was worth it! gained some good knowledge too coming up against highest rated opponents and even managing to improve my rating as opposed to losing it.
