DuceCrypto's S128 - Ranked Rewards Season 41 Report Card

Hiya #splinterlands battlemages! Season 128 brought more new achievements. For the first time, I was able to finish in Top 50 Leaderboard spots for both Modern and Wild Champion formats, yielding 40K DEC in addition to all the SPS earned during the season. Let's take a look at the details!

Match Stats

It was my most successful season yet, in terms of combined rating for the two formats. Interestingly, I won 118 battles in each format. It took me 21 fewer battles to achieve the feat in wild.

I finished the season with a 58% win rate battling in modern and an even more impressive 65% win rate in wild! I secured 20K DEC for each leaderboard finish in the 30s places. Even better, I didn't waste any battle equity sitting on these rankings. I played battles every day until the end of the season, making sure I wasn't edged out of a leaderboard spot or wasting energy when I could have battled.

Ranked Rewards

Looks like the clock is ticking for ranked rewards as we currently know them. This season will be the last before sweeping changes are made to the mechanics of ranked play and how rewards are earned.

I earned 110 End of Season reward chests and another 195 Daily reward chests for a total of 305 champion chests over the full season. All told, I earned 1627 SPS from the chests and 2396 SPS from winning ranked battles, amounting to 4023 SPS in total. Other earned assets include 613 soulbound reward cards, 14 Gladius packs from 28K merits, and a staggering 2709 potions.

I am eagerly looking ahead to the new ranked reward system, including the reward points store. I'm thankful that I will be able to take a break from earning potions from my reward chests if I can choose alternate rewards.

Tournament Report

Still not sure why I don't see my full tournament history on my report card, but here are the prizes won throughout the season. I got the minimum prize in three of the eight events I entered, while I took home 2K SPS purses in two events.

From the eight events, I earned a total of 5998 SPS! After estimated entry fees, that is about 4500 SPS in profit. On average, I earned about 750 SPS per event. To set the record straight, I enter all GF Gold and Wealthy Gambit events, as well as all RF diamond league events for both modern and wild formats.

SPS Earnings

In addition to the 4023 SPS I won from ranked play, I also earned 3388 SPS from other sources. The upgrade to Tier 5 Brawls has really paid off, netting me 1621 SPS over three brawl cycles. Impressive earnings!

Staked SPS, Land, Licenses, and a smidge from the HIVE:VOUCHER LP round out my SPS sources. Including the SPS I won from tournaments brings my combined SPS seasonal income to 13409 SPS. At today's SPS spot price of USD $0.025, that amounts to $335! Cha-Ching!

A few days ago I took some profits and converted some SPS for 400K DEC to purchase another 105 Rebellion packs, forever on the hunt for more GF cards to fill out my modern collection!
