This is easily in my Top 5 cards of the new Escalation set. The fact that it gives 3 magic weapon training from neutral is a huge benefit to all the other elements that didn't have access to Daarg Deadblast (in water). Also, it will stick around after the rotation of Rebellion to ensure that all the null attack units from Conclave Arcana still have weapon trainers to beef up those attacks.

Exactly. It gives Daarg Deadblast level of power and benefits all splinters. I already use it with the no attack units from the Escalation set.
