I do the same thing as I start my season. Typically I finish Champ 1 in wild so I start the new season in Champ 3. Then I can focus the early season on modern to make the climb from Diamond 1 as soon as possible. Once I crack Champ 3 in modern, I play wild up to Champ 1 and continue playing the two formats.

Nice! I can no longer get to Champ 1 on either account consistently so the battle early on is key!
It is all about those season-defining winning streaks to make the jump to champ 1. A few timely wins against strong opponents have made all the difference for me these past few seasons!
