RE: Packs or cards? Rebellion thoughts

Interesting analysis of Rebellion. I also bought fewer packs than I would like, but will look to buy singles to be able to level my cards up to max level to compete in Champ League. I think the dual-element summoners will be important to the new modern format so those will be important to level up ASAP!
