Splinterlands rewarding Gaming Passion with Crypto

Hello Hivers!

It's Christmas season and I was thinking of what I would give to myself as a Christmas gift and just then I remember, I needed just more than a consumable gift. I had set goals for myself at the beginning of the year and failed to keep track of those goals especially in the areas of investment.

I have thought it wise that the best Christmas gift I deserve is the resolve to start up an investment for myself. I know that this is the right time to invest in cryptocurrency as the market is rallying around very low values. Some assets are not cheap enough for people like myself to buy in. But where is the cash? While trying to brainstorm on how I would raise cash, a friend echoed that my Hive account is wasting.

Everything didn't really sit well with engaging my hive blocks months back. It felt awful to have created quality contents and not receive support. I understand that hive us more than upvotes received on posts. However, weeks ago, I got intimated about the Splinterlands game and the weekly Social Media Challenge where we work as marketers for the Splinterlands brand. I started but didn't continue for some reasons. I have not been fair with myself. I repent!

I think I'm resuming full time on Splinterlands for the better!

I've learnt that the Splinterlands game has many sides, including, the game, the DeFi, sports, Rentals and more. I think I'm ready for all of that. I would resume playing the games, creating contents about the game, buying NFTs and participating in other investment-like adventures there. I believe this would not just be fun but would help me achieve my investment goals on the long run.

I love sports in addition to music which is my obsession. The inclusion of sports in the Splinterlands Ecosystem is one bait that has my 100% support and fanship. Genesis League Sports and all the games that would be hosted there sounds like the best thing that has happened to Splinterlands community and the Hive blockchain generally.

I think I'm in the right track with this Christmas gift for myself. It's simple, to revive my engagement on the Hive blockchain and specially the Splinterlands game and all that relates there.
