For now I just want to leave those cards there and rent them out, especially cards that has high renting value, selling too is not bad. It is a win-win something

Well selling gives me more money to be able to buy the cards that will be useful to me, so that's what I usually do.

Renting out is very profitable, that is most players love doing it and most times more profitable that playing self
