The Virtual Space

Let’s talk a bit about what to expect here at DYGYCON. The fun begins this next DYGYCON 7 on January 21-23, 2022! Don’t miss out and RSVP now. If you’re trying to get into the space now, note that things will constantly be changing up until the date of the event as sponsors populate the space and we change up the banners and booths with relevant and updated information.

As the date draws near, you’ll see posts and previews on who you’ll see there, what kinds of activities will be available, the prizes you can earn, the NFTs you’ll see up for grabs in the NFT Auction, and so much more.

When you spawn into the Welcome Room, you’ve got options on where to go. There’s the Party Room where you can pick up drinks and dance on the stage, then you’ve got the Patio and Tailgate for more activities.

Expo Halls are rooms where you will see a variety of sponsor and vendor booths to explore from crypto games, DeFi, art, and more. You’ll see bean bag chairs labeled Chill Zones where you can lounge and chat with people and since we’re virtual, no social distancing required here.

The NFT Auction House is one of two available presentation rooms where you’ll get information on how to bid on some exciting NFT items and item sets as they become available. This upcoming DYGYCON will be a silent auction.

Metaverse Venue Updates

If you’ve been to our previous events, you’ll see that you can RSVP to our event without any prompts for passcodes. Ideally, we wanted people to RSVP but not enter the event due to sponsors and vendors still working on updating their booth and @waffleskitty moving things around. @Gamerjibe has been working on updating their platform and among these changes, we are excited about what’s in store overall.

There are two main things we are adding to DYGYCON’s virtual venue and we hope you’re just as excited as we are! We are introducing a networking lounge and a photo booth / selfie area! 😎

A brand new area has been added called the Community Lounge where you’ll see several bean bag areas with clickable display boards that allow you to jump in with others to answer some ice breaker questions from crypto-specific to what your favorite comfort food is!

Get ready to strike a pose at the all new photo booth! We are introducing a new place for sponsors to represent their projects here. Currently, sponsors that confirm at least a week prior to DYGYCON 7 will have their logo implemented in this area and you’ll be able to take screenshots as you please! 💃🕺
