In this post, I will share my battle and explain my monster position and every round. I will also share my monster abilities and why I used them in this battle. I hope everyone will enjoy this battle and my explanations. I tried my best to explain this battle hope everyone will like and if anyone has any suggestions, please share them with me.

Battle Challenge Rules.

Splinterlands challenges all players to play with a specific monster each week. This challenge helps them to earn a vote from splinterlands or steemmonsters. To get a vote from splinterlands, a player has to follow the rules given by splinterlands. Every week splinterlands post about the rules. Most of the rules remain the same, just the monster changes.

  • This week's rules are:-
  1. Have to share a battle with MOLTEN ASH GOLEM.
  2. Have to share a post or video about the battle.
  3. Have to describe the lineup.
  4. Have to answer this question-
    • Did your strategy work?
    • What will you try differently next time?
  1. Share it on social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  2. You Must use the splinterlands and play2earn tag in the post.

NOTE: IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONSTER, YOU COULD RENT IT OR SHARE ANY BATTLE WITH ANY MONSTER.

Let's Know about the Molten Ash Golem.

6 (6).png

Molten Ash Golem is a Rare Fire Monster of the Chaos Legion. It has a ranged attack and lots of life at six mana cost. It has Close Range, Weaken and Demoralize abilities at its highest level. Because of the close range, it can attack from the first position though it is a ranged attacking monster. I didn't have much playing experience with it, but it will be helpful when the melee attack is unavailable in the battle.

Battle Rules

Rules
Details
Standard: No modifications to the standard gameplay rules and mechanics. That means there are no special tricks for the ruleset. I have to make a balanced team.

Mana Cap: The mana cap for this battle was 27. My opponent and I can select six monsters that will cost a maximum of 27 mana. But less than this will not be a problem.
Active Summoner: In this Battle, most of the summoners and their monsters were active. But I battled with Fire Summoner among these.

Line-Up Explanation

SUMMONER

6.png

MALRIC INFERNO
Malric Inferno is a Beta edition Rare Fire Summoner. It is an incredible monster, only at three mana. It has the melee attack-increasing ability. It increases one melee attack of all the monsters of its team. For it is my second most fire summoner after the Zaku.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • Malric Inferno is a low costing fire summoner in my rental collection. In the battle rules, you might see that the battle mana cap was 27, which was not enough, so they had to choose a low costing summoner, so I chose this for my team.

Monsters

6 (4).png

1. CERBERUS
Cerberus is a multitasking monster with a low mana cost. It has seven life, four speed and three melee attacks for four mana. This is a Rare Fire Monster of the beta edition. From level 1 to level 8, it has to Heal ability; from level 5 to 8, it has to Retaliate and Heal ability.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • The main reason for keeping Cerberus in my lineup is its Heal ability. I used level 4 Cerberus. It had a total of 7 life and three melee attacks. Although the summoner's melee attack increased by one. And its speed was 4. as it can't attack from other than the first position, I put it in the first position. And its Heal ability was also a reason to keep it in the first place.

6 (2).png

2. KOBOLD MINER
Kobold Miner is also a low mana-costing alpha beta edition common fire monster. It has the melee attack and sneaking ability for only two mana costs. Up to its highest level, it has no other ability except sneak ability, but as the level increases, the number of melee attacks and health increases.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • I used level 5 Kobold Miner. It had four life, three speeds and two melee attacks for two mana costs, which later increased to 3. Its sneak ability was the reason for using it.

6 (3).png

3. SERPENTINE SPY
One of Unteamed Eiditon's favourite monsters of mine is the Serpentine spy. It is also a low mana-costing card. It has a melee attack and opportunity ability for only three mana costs. At its highest level, it has poison ability along with the opportunity.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • Most of my monsters in this battle are low mana cost. The reason is the 27 mana cap battle rule. I wanted to use the best six monsters at a low cost. I used one of the best monsters with low mana cost, Serpentine spy. And since it was an opportunity ability, its position did not need to be considered.

6 (5).png

4. TENYII STRIKER
Rare Fire Monster of Tenyii Striker chaos Legion edition. It has the melee attack. It has sneak, dodge and backfires ability at its highest level.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • I used level 4 Tenyii Striker in this battle. It had three melee attacks then the summoner had a melee attack boost. And these four melee attacks with seak ability were the reason to use this monster. And it can attack from any position, so I kept it in this position.

6 (6).png

5. MOLTEN ASH GOLEM
This is today's challenge card. Molten Ash Golem is a Rare Fire Monster of the Chaos Legion. It has a ranged attack and lots of life at six mana cost. At its highest level, it has Cole Range, Weakens and Demoralize abilities.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • I used level 4 Moltes ash golem in my battle. It had two ranged attacks and ten life. Since it has a lot of life and can attack from any position, I put it in the 5th position.

6 (1).png

6. FIRE DEMON
Fire Demon beta edition's Epic Fire monster with melee attack ability. It has blast ability from level 3 to level 6, a fantastic monster for only four mana.

Why did I choose this monster?

  • After selecting all my cards, I had four mana spaces left, and this is a great choice at four mana costs. I used level 3 Fire Demon. It had two melee attacks and a blast ability. Fire Demon is a good monster.

Battle Rounds

Question Answer.

1: Did your strategy work?
Yes, my team performed as flawlessly and fulfilled as I thought. But the Fire Demon could not serve as I felt because of its early death.

2: What will you try differently next time?
I tried many other strategies after that battle, and I'm giving them below. Most of them were so easy to battle for me.
I will try to share another battle for this weekly battle challenge.

Some Other Battles-

Battle-2
Battle-3
