Welcome to another blog!
It's been a few days since the last update. Today, I want to discuss several important events that have happened recently. Gris and I have been quite busy with Eddito, I've been playing Spider-Man, and also Splinterlands. On top of that, I've started investing in another blockchain game that will be on Hive, and I'm excited because it looks very promising.
Before we start, I wanted to share this song that's been stuck in my head all day.
Eddito just celebrated his first two months of life
The first thing I want to share is that today, October 25th (well, it's almost the 26th), our baby, Eddie Jr, Eddito, turned two months old. We're very happy, especially since he's been a very healthy baby and is growing up well. In fact, they tell us he's going to be quite big, which is good. I tell him he's going to be a basketball player, a footballer, a swimmer, or whatever he wants to be.

We've been considering calling him (referring to him as) Teddy instead of Eddie or Eddito because people often call me by those names. Well, we'll see, because I'm not used to calling him that yet. As far as I know, in English, people named Edward go by Ted, Teddy, Ned, Neddy, and, of course, Eddie. I don't know if you remember or watched Game of Thrones, but one of the main characters was Eddard Stark, which is a variant of Edward, and people called him Ned or even Neddy.

These two months have been intense for both of us, but they have been very fulfilling. Having a child can be one of the biggest challenges, but also one of the most beautiful experiences. He has taught me a lot of patience, and both Gris and I have experienced a new kind of love. We've become a great team. I must say that Gris does most of the things for Eddito, but I try to contribute as much as I can.

Some of my tasks include washing bottles, doing dishes, changing his diapers occasionally, feeding him when Gris pumps milk or when the baby takes formula (we're doing mixed breastfeeding). I'm also the one who dries him after his baths, puts on his diaper, applies cream, and dresses him. We have established a pretty stable routine, but we've gone out a few times with the baby. The other day, Gris, the baby, and I went to have breakfast with doña Tere, and we took him in his stroller.
It's been two very active months, two months we won't forget. We love watching him grow, and we're enjoying every stage and every day.
Continuing with Spider-Man 2
This is something I want to briefly mention. I've continued playing Spider-Man 2, and I'm enjoying it immensely. The game isn't perfect, but it's very good. In fact, it froze once for no apparent reason, but I didn't lose any progress. Slowly, I'm completing some of the extra missions. Today I finished two; one related to Sandman and another that involved taking interesting photographs of New York City locations.
I'm already on level 21 or 22, and I've improved many of my skills, gadgets, and even unlocked some really cool suits. I haven't recorded any gameplays yet, nor have I taken many photos of the game, but today I took this one.

100,000 SPS Staked in Splinterlands
I've reached the goal!
100,000 or a hundred thousand SPS tokens staked. It took some time, but I achieved it. I took advantage of the token's significant price drop and was able to invest a bit, in addition to not selling any tokens for a long time. I'll mention it again, I don't know if this token will soon reach 5 cents, 10, 50, or maybe a dollar. I don't know that, but I believe it can rise a bit, though I see it challenging to return to its all-time high, which was nearly a dollar. However, that would be great.

Currently, the token is priced at just under one and a half cents. It's almost its lowest point. These 100,000 tokens are just over $1,400. It's not bad, but I think it could be much more.
Another update is that I've reached Gold II. I believe if I keep going like this, I might even reach Diamond III before the season ends. Just over a week ago, I was still in bronze, struggling in Modern. Switching to Wild was an excellent decision. This season, I'll have many bronze chests; I already have more than 100.

I invite you to play Splinterlands
On the other hand, the Rebellion card packs are moving very slowly. I believe in the end, not all of them will be sold. I doubt fewer than 100,000 will remain. But that's good because the remaining ones will be burned, meaning there will be fewer cards. If I can, I'll try to buy some more, maybe another 10 or 20 packs. Right now, I'm among the top 200 buyers.

Let's hope the bull market starts for Splinterlands as well.

HoloZing - A promising new game
I don't think I've talked about this game before. It's the last thing I want to mention today. This is a game that will be released on Hive. It's in development and the team is made up of many Hivers I know well, at least most of them.
This game is a mix between Pokemon and World of Warcraft. It will be an adventure game and although I don't know many more details, that caught my attention. The @HoloZing website looks great, and I really liked the whitepaper.

The project leader is @acidyo, and so far, he's doing a great job. For their token called $ZING, he followed advice and recommendations from Matt and Dan. Well, not direct advice, but he took into account what they always emphasize: a crypto and web3 related project shouldn't have pre-mining, ICOs, VC, or anything like that.
The ideal is for the distribution of tokens to be as equitable as possible. That's why Acid decided to do a type of airdrop for all POSH token holders and also for those who delegate Hive Power to the @zingtoken account. So far, they've had a lot of success with this. The account already has nearly 1.4 million Hive Power delegated. I'm temporarily delegating all the HP I can. I can't do it for very long, but this way, I'll accumulate some tokens.

I find it great that they give utility to the POSH token. As many might know, this token ceased to be earned since Twitter or X made changes to their APIs, and the project practically stopped working on this social network. It was sad, but these things are out of control, so Acid thought of giving it utility in this way.
But something curious happened. As the ZING token can be earned just by having POSH, everyone went crazy and wanted to buy all the POSH possible. Well, not everyone, but many people. What happened was that many were buying, but few were selling. Not many people actually have large amounts of POSH. You can see it here.
So there was a lot of volatility. The POSH token went from 0.20 HIVE to 1.8 HIVE. But those who wanted to buy also didn't place very high orders, so there was a big spread (difference between the buying and selling price). I spoke with Acid and Dan to see if Dan could provide some liquidity to the token. It took some convincing, but it was achieved. An order to sell more than 15,000 POSH was placed at a reasonable price, 0.30 HIVE. And everything that is sold is being repurchased, so there's also a lot of liquidity for those who wish to sell.
This is the volatility that POSH had before the sell order was placed:

This is how it looks now:

As I mentioned, I've been accumulating, and I have a little over 2,400 ZING tokens. These can be claimed on the game's website. You log in with Keychain, go to the rewards section, and click claim. All rewards go directly to stake, and you must click on "unstake" (the equivalent of "Power Down") to have the token in liquid form and be able to sell it. It takes a week to start having the tokens in liquid form. Since it hasn't even been a week, there's still no ZING on the market. I'm curious about what the price will be. For now, I will keep them staked, maybe even buy some if I see them at a good price and stake them.

I'll be keeping an eye on this game and will update you on my progress in future posts. And, of course, as always, I recommend doing your research. Don't invest more than you're willing to lose, diversify your money, and manage your risks well.
Well friends, that's all for this post. I send you all a big hug and wish you the best.
I forgot to put the rewards to @null. I will do it next time.
How you do that in the comments?
