Team line up and strategy

My opponent likes to use Yodin and Magnor, as shown in his previous battles. With Yodin most of the times comes range in to play with most likely some snipe.
So my strategy on this one was to for sure use Quix, as he slows down and decreases range attacks.

To deal with Magnor's insane damage in combination with blast, I got myself a Thunderbird in the setup as it has stun. I hoped it would get stun in, in the first round as that would mitigate a lot of damage already.

To deal with snipe I put in Chaos Dragon as second as he's very bulky and can take a lot of damage, but also deal a lot of damage himself. In third place I put in Djinn Renova, not as bulky but pretty decent at it and also has the triage ability to keep my monsters alive.

Furthermore I used slowdowns and a speedup, as striking first against Yodin is a big deal. The slow from the time mage and the swiftness from the supply runner would give me the edge for sure.

Combat

The effect of the thunderbird as I hoped it would, it stunned Magnor and not allowing him to deal any damage. As you can see he has 8 damage when enraged, that would be catastrophic to deal with.
Also as shown my team is still in a decent shape against the Yodin at the start of the second round. But as my team is a lot faster then he is, it will be hard for him to deal with this.

Once round 3 started, there was not much he could do anymore. As I'm so much faster then he is, plus I have so much more damage now leftover that it will be a crushing defeat for him.
