Daily Favorite Battle & Quest Rewards (11/14/21)

Final day until End of Season!

I had rented a 60k power card for a few days at a reasonable price and it would have extended through the season, but naturally they canceled on me and I had to check the market for a new rental if I wanted to maximize my EOS chests. I was pretty much willing to give up on chests because rental prices seemed to be around $10 or so for the power I wanted and the average chest value would not justify that risk. Luckily persistence in checking the rental market manually paid off and I was able to scoop up a 60k CP card for a more reasonable 275 CP/DEC before the auto bid bots snatched it for someone else. So I am happy to report that tomorrow evening I will be able to share Gold III EOS rewards (22 chests) from my strategic play with a mostly level 1 deck.

As for the daily today, I had a water quest which went fairly smooth. Here is a fun battle where my choice in a monster with affliction (prevents healing) came in clutch for the win:

Reverse speed makes the Captain's Ghost the fastest possible. He was faster than the 2 healers my enemy was banking on using along with the 2 additional health points his other monsters gave him. Sorry, but your strategy failed this time buddy!

Rewards today included 2 cards I have not received before (Exploding Rats & Gargoya Devil) so I am mildly happy with the loot even though the value of it was still middle of the road at best.

Please be sure to check in with me tomorrow when I reveal 22 chests from my hard work this season. I am anxious to find my first legendary or GF epic or better.
