Legendary Reward Received! Come See What I Earned Today!

Wow! What a way to cap off the day of play in #Splinterlands... Let me back up for a moment and fill you in on a bit more of my journey...

Delaying on Purpose

Today I managed to snag my very first Legendary card from a loot chest; this is a prime example of what #Play2Earn is all about.

The current Legendary reward card options are Djinn Biljka, Harklaw, and Djinn Oshannus.

I finished my daily quest with enough rank and power to be in Silver II and that rewards me with 3 daily loot chests. Typically I get one half-way acceptable reward and 2 very minor ones (or trash)...

Let me continue the tease a bit more by sharing the first 2 chests I opened:

As you can see, they progressively got better this time... exponentially perhaps because we already know the 3rd chest has a Legendary card, I just haven't shared which one specifically just yet...

By the way, I normally despise the 1 DEC reward because it's like... could you at least be 2 DEC or something that isn't literally the lowest valued reward? In this instance I kind of like starting off with the lowly 1 DEC and working my way to a Legendary card (but don't let the game know I said that...).

This Legendary reward card is currently valued at $15, but as time goes on and especially once he goes out of print, the value should increase well beyond that.
