Splinterlands End of Season Rewards - What Did I Get?
End of Season
We have reached another EOS (End of Season) in #Splinterlands which means we get to open up the Loot Chests and hope for greatness! This wonderful value is part of the #Play2Earn feature for anyone new to Splinterlands.
Where Did I Finish?
Likely with the help of a few leveled Chaos Legion cards that I purchased and some rented level 2 summoners to use them, I was able to finish the season at my highest rank yet, 2227!
By rank, this would have put me into Gold II, but unfortunately I don't have anywhere near the 150,000 power for that and rentals again were ridiculously priced to where it didn't make any sense to spend that kind of money to realistically return a fraction of it from the chest rewards. So we settled all the way back to Silver III 😥. (If anyone in the future wants to help out with EOS power, that would be greatly appreciated.)
So.... What Did I Get?
Using our beloved Poop to Lambo scale, I unfortunately landed very much on the Poop side of things. It is unfortunate to see, but certainly helps reinforce my decision to not go crazy renting power.
It is great to see a majority of cards, but unfortunately they are mostly commons and those commons have continued to dip in value as the quantity printed keeps increasing. The single rare card is actually one I only had a single copy of before this, but it is only used in specific situations and also keeps a low value. On the upside, at least I didn't get any 1 DEC reward chests.
It would have been nicer to see either an epic or GF common card without asking for anything too greedy.
Final Thoughts
We shall see what next season holds... until then, I will stick with the Daily Grind, Daily Quest Rewards, and Daily Entertainment that #Splinterlands brings us.
