Splinterlands End of Season Rewards - What Did I Get?

We have reached another EOS (End of Season) in #Splinterlands which means we get to open up the Loot Chests and hope for greatness! This wonderful value is part of the #Play2Earn feature for anyone new to Splinterlands.

Where Did I Finish?

Continuing further once more with my partially owned and partially rented Bronze level deck (getting closer to some Silver level stuff), I yet again was able to surpass my former highest rank and end in Gold I levels! This time I surpassed 2600 rating for the first time which was pretty sweet.

By rank, I could have ended the season in Gold I, but unfortunately I don't have anywhere near the 200,000 power for that. I usually rent power a few days early and hope it sticks around until the end of season; this lets me finish at Gold III some times. Unfortunately this time I got canceled on and couldn't find anything to replace the power with that was at a price point I liked. My cards plus a little bit of delegated power from a guild member got me to Silver II. That was a bit of a let down after a good season of playing...

So...What Did I Get?

Using our trusty Poop to Lambo scale, I very much landed closer to the Poop side of things...

It gets frustrating putting in work and building up to an EOS that gives mediocre rewards especially for getting my rating to a level that I expect at least a few more decent cards (or possibly a pack now). Receiving only 1 Rare, some commons, a bit of DEC and potions, plus one half-decent 134 DEC is still a let down to me. Where is the love for once @splinterlands !

As usual, my best chance at getting something decent these days is to just go to #peakmonsters or #monstermarket and buy what I want. They both have useful tools and websites. @peak-monsters ( @peakmonsters ) let's you bid on cards and @monstermarket ( @monster-curator ) gives 3% back in DEC for direct buys.

Final Thoughts

We shall see what next season holds, where I get to end up in Rank to claim my rewards, and how my progress towards a Silver deck continues. Until then, I will stick with the Daily Grind, Daily Quest Rewards, and Daily Entertainment that #Splinterlands brings us.
