Before I start talking about Angelic Mandarin, I'd like to tell you that I'm very happy that I finished in the Top 20 of Gold League leaderboard for the 3rd time in a row! 😝

For this week share your battle let's talk about Angelic Mandarin considering Gold League 🥇 level. This is a card that I like very much and use quite often, because I can combine him with a lot of different strategies due to his Triage ability!

Antes de começar a falar sobre o Mandarim Angélico, gostaria de dizer que estou muito feliz por ter terminado no Top 20 da tabela de classificação da Gold League pela 3ª vez consecutiva! 😝

Para esta semana compartilhe sua batalha vamos falar sobre Angelic Mandarin considerando o nível Gold League 🥇. Essa é uma carta que gosto bastante e a uso com bastante frequência, porque posso combiná-la com muitas estratégias diferentes devido à sua habilidade de Triagem!

Mandarin is a very unique monster since there are only 2 other monsters with Ranged Attack + Triage (Herbalist and Scale Doctor). The rest of them has magic attack or no attack at all (Queen Mycelia, Spirit Hoarder, Kelp Initiate, Djinn Renova etc.). Check below all of the monsters with Triage.

Mandarin é um monstro muito único, pois existem apenas 2 outros monstros com Ataque à Distância + Triagem (Herbalist e Scale Doctor). O resto deles tem ataque mágico ou nenhum ataque (Queen Mycelia, Spirit Hoarder, Kelp Initiate, Djinn Renova etc.). Confira abaixo todos os monstros que possuem a habilidade Triagem.

Best ways to combine Triage ability/ Melhores formas de combinar a habilidade Triagem

• Using a monster with Taunt like Wave Brood (6th position) and Mandarin in 4th or 5th position. You can also add Spirit Hoarder, Mermaid Healer or even Kelp Initiate to tank with quadruple triage. However, double or triple triage would be enough, otherwise you will lack of attack power and won’t be able to kill the opponent monsters.
• In rule sets like Super Sneak you can put a tank monster and heal with Triage, he also works very well on explosive weaponry, since it is very possible that the backline will be damaged with the blast.
• Great counter to magic reflect or return fire, since it will keep your backline alive.
• Always check the max HP of the monsters you want to heal/tank heal or triage, because they will heal 1/3 of the max HP, for instance, if the monster has 6 to 8 HP it will still heal 2 HP, however if you can add a strengthen or even level up the monster to gain additional health, I strongly recommend that!

• Usando um monstro com Taunt como Wave Brood (6ª posição) e Mandarin na 4ª ou 5ª posição. Você também pode adicionar Spirit Hoarder, Mermaid Healer ou até Kelp Initiate ao tanque com triagem quádrupla. No entanto, a triagem dupla ou tripla seria suficiente, caso contrário, você não terá poder de ataque e não poderá matar os monstros oponentes.

• Em conjuntos de regras como super furtivo você pode colocar um monstro tanque e curar com Triagem, ele também funciona muito bem em armas explosivas, já que é muito possível que a linha de trás seja danificada com a explosão.

• Ótimo contador para refletir magia ou devolver fogo, pois manterá sua linha de fundo viva.

• Sempre verifique o HP máximo dos monstros que você quer curar/tank heal ou triage, pois eles irão curar 1/3 do HP máximo, por exemplo, se o monstro tiver de 6 a 8 HP ele ainda irá curar 2 HP, porém se você pode adicionar um fortalecimento ou até mesmo aumentar o nível do monstro para ganhar saúde adicional, eu recomendo isso!

Strengths: he has very good stats (HP, Speed, Damage and Ability)

Pontos fortes: possui atributos muito bons (HP, Velocidade, Dano e Habilidade)

Weakness: no armor, however, Kelya +1 armor helps to cover this weak point.

Fraquezas: sem armadura, porém, armadura Kelya +1 ajuda a cobrir esse ponto fraco.

Best positions/Melhores posições: 4th to 6th position

Best Rule Sets: Target & Practice, Close range, Little League and Keep your Distance. Although he can be played in many other rules, these ones I consider the best.

Worst Rule Sets: Reverse Speed and Healed Out.

Melhores conjuntos de regras: Prática de tiro ao alvo, Queima Roupa, Liga Pequena e Mantenha a distância. Embora ele possa ser jogado em muitas outras regras, eu considero essas as melhores.

Piores conjuntos de regras: velocidade reversa e curada.

Esta é uma batalha ranqueada no Formato Selvagem na Liga Ouro e você pode conferir a configuração das regras na imagem abaixo.

In this rule set (Armored Up) players tends to use magic monsters to ignore the armor. However, the second rule was Lost Magic, for this reason I decided to build a strategy based on Ranged Attack. Therefore I picked Selenia Sky as my summoner!

General Strategy: hit hard with Ranged monsters and in case of sneak attacks Mandarin will heal the backline!

Neste conjunto de regras (Blindado) os jogadores costumam usar monstros com ataques mágicos para ignorar a armadura. No entanto, a segunda regra era Magia Perdida, por esta razão decidi construir uma estratégia baseada em ataques à distância. Por isso escolhi Selenia Sky para ser minha invocadora!

Estratégia Geral: atacar com alto dano de ataque à Distância e em caso de ataques furtivos, o Mandarim curará a retaguarda!

Lord Arianthus: in Lost Magic rule set it is also important to pick monsters with ability like Shield, Return Fire, Thorns or with a lot of armor. Arianthus has Shield and Thorns! A great tank for only 5 mana!

Albatross: for only one mana he would be very valuable to heal Arianthus and also absorb 1 to 2 from the opponent, most likely two attacks!

Igor Darkspear: great monster with stun ability for only two mana!
Angelic Mandarin: he will hit 3 damage with Selenia buff and would also heal the backline!

Axe Master: the damage dealer! He would deal in total up to 8 damage (4+4) per turn.

Naga Assassin: with high speed and backfire ability I decided to put her in the 6th position, since I need Axe Master to live as long as possible!

Lord Arianthus: no conjunto de regras Lost Magic também é importante escolher monstros com habilidades como Shield, Return Fire, Thorns ou com muita armadura. Arianthus tem Escudo e Espinhos! Um grande tanque por apenas 5 mana!

Albatroz: por apenas uma mana ele seria muito valioso para curar Arianthus e também absorver 1 a 2 do oponente, provavelmente dois ataques!

Igor Darkspear: grande monstro com capacidade de atordoamento por apenas dois mana!

Mandarim Angélico: ele vai acertar 3 de dano com o buff da Selenia e também vai curar o backline!

Axe Master: o causador de danos! Ele causaria no total até 8 de dano (4+4) por turno.

Naga Assassin: com alta velocidade e habilidade de tiro pela culatra decidi colocá-la na 6ª posição, já que preciso que o Axe Master viva o maior tempo possível!

Highlights/Destaques:

• Unfortunately the buff of +1 Range of Selenia was neutralized by Quix the Devious, not only that, my Speed was also reduced, which was a very bad start!
• Fortunately I predicted a possible sneak team and my naga assassin was healed by Mandarin to survive an extra attack. In other words: Uraeus and Pelacor Bandit took two rounds to take her down and she also attacked one more turn! Besides that, he also kept Axe Master alive which was essential to achieve victory!
• Lord Arianthus (OP Card 😅) did a great job tanking in the 1st position with the tank heal support of Albatross.

• Infelizmente a melhoria de +1 Ataque à distância foi neutralizada por Quix the Devious, não só isso, minha velocidade também foi reduzida, o que foi um péssimo começo!

• Felizmente eu previ um possível time furtivo e minha naga assassina foi curada pelo Mandarin para sobreviver a um ataque extra. Em outras palavras: Uraeus e Pelacor Bandit gastaram dois rounds para derrubá-la e ela também atacou mais um turno! Além disso, ele também manteve o Axe Master vivo, o que foi essencial para alcançar a vitória!

• Lord Arianthus fez um ótimo trabalho tankando na 1ª posição com o suporte de cura do tanque de Albatross.
