Let’s talk about Supply Runner for the Share Your Battle Weekly Challenge!

The price of this card varied between $ 0,12/BCX to $ 0,19/BCX in the last 3 months.

Another thing that I always check before purchasing/renting a card is the price of a Regular foil (RF) x Gold Foil (GF). For example: I would spend $ 7,80 (60 BCX x $ 0,13) for a Supply Runner RF level 5 whereas for a GF I'd spend around $ 9,50 (5 BCX x 1,90). In my opinion I think it is totally worth it to buy the GF version paying 22% more, but also receiving many benefits such as extra dec in battles, more chances to get more valuable and can be used in Brawls on Frays that only GF are playable.

He is just a regular card in Bronze league, not bad, but there are better options such as: Kulu Swimhunter (4 Mana Cost) and Peace Bringer (also 4 mana).

However, at level 5 he gains the swiftness ability, which only a few monster has this ability and it is a big differential.

Summoners: Kelya Frendul, Byzantine Kitty, Pyre, Yodin Zaku, Prince Renynn, General Sloan, Quix The Devious and Valnamor. Basically maximizing speed or getting the benefit of +1 Ranged Attack.

Monsters: he is also good to minimize the weakness of low speed of certain elements such as Life and Earth. Moreover, it is good to combine with monsters with Blind/Dodge/Flying (raising the chances of evading attacks) and Slow (Baakjira, Creeping Ooze).

Best Position: Definetely position 5 or 6, no reason to try to be inventive.

Best Rule Sets: Close Range, Explosive Weaponry/Equal Opportunity (Speed is essential to blast and kill the opponent as fast as possible and if you dodge, you are protecting 2 to 3 monsters not taking the blast damage), Lost Magic, Keep your Distance and Target Practice.

Rules to Avoid: Aim True (it is still good to have speed, but it loses one of the biggest benefits that it is dodge the attacks) , Reverse Speed (you will benefit the opponent), Earthquake (he won't survive much unless he receives some support such as Protect, Triage etc.) and Armored Up (it is usually better to use magic attacks).

I didn't have many options in terms of elements, Earth without the +1 Magic Attack of Obsidian is not that great, for this reason I picked Kelya Frendul (Water 🐳). It would be best to pick a summoner of 2-3 Mana, however, Kelya is my only leveled up summoner.

Highlights:

• Not sure if Water Elemental was the best choice for the 2nd position, maybe Wave Runner or Venari Wavesmith could have contributed more, but I understand the logic behind his choices. So, I'm not criticising.

• My opponent had the perfect summoner for this rule set. No ability and it costs 2 Mana only.

• I'm glad I mixed the attack types since he had Silence and Magic Reflect+Void. I think a solid strategy shouldn't rely 100% on one type of attack. Otherwise when it is countered you are very likely to lose.

• Striking first due to higher speed made me win this battle.

• In the end of round 2 I was almost sure I was going to lose, but Merdaali healed herself allowing to absorb one more decisive hit!

Outra coisa que sempre verifico antes de comprar/alugar uma carta é o preço de uma Regular (RF) x Dourada (GF). Por exemplo: eu gastaria $ 7,80 (60 BCX x $ 0,13) por um Supply Runner RF nível 5 enquanto que para um GF eu gastaria em torno de $ 9,50 (5 BCX x 1,90). Na minha opinião acho que vale totalmente a pena comprar a versão GF pagando 22% a mais, mas também recebendo muitos benefícios como DEC extra nas batalhas, mais chances de ficar mais valioso e pode ser usado em Brawls em "Frays" que só GF são jogáveis.

Ele é apenas uma carta normal na liga Bronze, nada mal, mas existem opções melhores como: Kulu Swimhunter (4 custo de mana) e Peace Bringer (4 mana também).

Porém, no nível 5 ele ganha a habilidade Rapidez, que poucos monstros possuem essa habilidade e é um grande diferencial.

Invocadores: Kelya Frendul, Byzantine Kitty, Pyre, Yodin Zaku, Prince Renynn, General Sloan, Quix The Devious and Valnamor. Basicamente focar em maximizar a velocidade ou obtendo o benefício de +1 Ataque à Distância

Monstros: ele também é bom para minimizar a fraqueza de baixa velocidade de certos elementos como Vida e Terra. Além disso, é bom combinar com monstros com Cegar/Desviar/Voar (aumentando as chances de evadir ataques) e Devagar (Baakjira, Creeping Ooze).

Melhor posição: Definitivamente posições 5 e 6. Não há necessidade de ser inventivo.

Melhores Regras: Close Range, Armamento Explosivo/Igual Oportunidade (A velocidade é essencial para explodir e matar o oponente o mais rápido possível e se você se esquivar, você está protegendo 2 a 3 monstros sem receber o dano da explosão), Magia Perdida, Mantenha sua distância e Tiro ao alvo.

Regras para evitar: Mira Verdadeira (ainda é bom ter velocidade, mas perde um dos maiores benefícios que é esquivar dos ataques), Velocidade Reversa ​​(você beneficiará o oponente), Terremoto (ele não sobreviverá muito a menos que receba algum suporte como Protect, Triage etc.) e Armored Up (geralmente é melhor usar ataques mágicos).

• Golpear primeiro devido à maior velocidade me fez vencer esta batalha.

• No final do round 2 eu tinha quase certeza que ia perder, mas Merdaali se curou permitindo absorver mais um golpe decisivo!
