For the social media challenge of this week I'm going to do a review about Lily Shieldpaw 🐼, the last airdrop of Chaos Legion Set that was released in the end of February! So I already played enough to have an idea in which rulesets and mana capacity she will perform better!

Well, before I start, below you can find a fun art with my Dog Sissi, she is the one in the right side and it is a great card to play in 99 mana battles! 😂

Small part of the Lore

Such is the tale of Lily Shieldpaw. A red panda born in the forests of Anumun, Lily was taught the ways of the world by the celestial Byzantine Kitty, as well as the ability to harness the elemental magic of dragons to hide the vulnerable and heal the wounded. Lily's best friends are the snow leopard cub Onegin (an orphan and master of camouflage) and the giant panda cub Yumbo (who draws strength from the harsh elements). Together, they protect others against the forces of darkness and tyranny, serving as a beacon of hope that the people and creatures of Praetoria can triumph over the Chaos Legion and other threats.

Essa é a história de Lily Shieldpaw. Uma panda vermelha nascida nas florestas de Anumun, Lily aprendeu os caminhos do mundo com a celestial Bizantina Kitty, bem como a habilidade de aproveitar a magia elemental dos dragões para esconder os vulneráveis ​​e curar os feridos. LILY SHIELDPAW
Abilities: +1 HP, Camouflage and Triage.
Mana Cap: most of the times I pick her in 30 mana or more.
Usability: I'll try to mention some strategies that worked for me. One of them is to use a good tank such as Baakjira/Almo Cambio/Void Dragon with a support card such as Merdaali Guardian, Oshuur Constantia, Khmer Princess etc. The second is to get advantage from the Triage and use a Taunt (Wave Brood, Agor Longtail) monster in the back and add another monster with Triage like Spirit Hoarder or Angelic Mandarin. The 3rd one is to use in rulesets that is very likely to damage your backline such as Noxious Fumes, Earthquake, Counterspell and Fire & Regret!
Good to counter: lineups based on sneak/opportunity/snipe abilities and Blast or Explosive Weaponry (so the opponent will target the 1st position and you can deploy a monster with Reflection Shield in the 2nd) position).
Best rulesets: Equal Opportunity, Earthquake, Explosive Weaponry, Counterspell/Fire & Regret, Super Sneak and Ferocity.

Capacidade de Mana: na maioria das vezes eu pego ela em 30 mana ou mais.

Usabilidade: Vou tentar mencionar algumas estratégias que funcionaram para mim. Uma delas é usar um bom tanque como Baakjira/Almo Cambio/Void Dragon com uma carta de suporte como Merdaali Guardian, Oshuur Constantia, Khmer Princess etc. A segunda estratégia é tirar vantagem da habilidade Triagem e adicionar um monstro com Provocar (Wave Brood, Agor Longtail) e outro monstro com Triagem como Spirit Hoarder ou Angelic Mandarin. O terceiro é usar em conjuntos de regras que provavelmente danificarão sua linha de trás, como Vapores Nocivos, Terremoto, Countra feitiço e Atire e se Arrependa!

Bom para contra-atacar: composições baseadas em habilidades furtivas/oportunidades/atiradores e armamento de explosão ou explosivo (para que o oponente tenha como alvo a 1ª posição e você possa implantar um monstro com Escudo de Reflexão na 2ª posição).

Melhores conjuntos de regras: Igualdade de oportunidades, Terremoto, Armamento explosivo, Contrafeitiço/Fire & Regret, Super Furtivo e Ferocidade.

High Mana - Mirror Match (Lily x Lily)

My opponent and I picked a very similar strategy, although, some differences made me achieve the victory!

• About the rulesets: two of them I mentioned before in the Best rulesets topic, which is Ferocity and Fire & Regret!

• Void Dragon + Oshuur Constantia: great combination, so Void Dragon will receive all the damage due to the Camouflage while Oshuur can heal him. Besides that, he will probably dodge some attacks due to his Phase + Flying ability and decent Speed!

• Chaos Dragon: in case my opponent also uses camouflage, Scattershot + Blast is a great way to counter that!

• Ash Mirage and Runic Skyclaw: well, I think they are the surprise factor! Most people won't pick Ranged monsters in Fire & Regret ruleset, however, both of them has Reflection Shield, so it won't be a problem! Not only that, I was also expecting to face Chaos Dragon, so the blast wouldn't hurt them as well!

Meu oponente e eu escolhemos uma estratégia muito parecida, porém, algumas diferenças me fizeram alcançar a vitória!

• Sobre os conjuntos de regras: dois deles eu mencionei antes no tópico Melhores conjuntos de regras, que é Ferocity e Fire & Regret!

• Void Dragon + Oshuur Constantia: ótima combinação, então Void Dragon receberá todo o dano devido à Camuflagem enquanto Oshuur pode curá-lo. Além disso, ele provavelmente desviará de alguns ataques devido à sua habilidade Fase + Voar e Velocidade decente!

• Chaos Dragon: caso meu oponente também use camuflagem, Scattershot + Blast é uma ótima maneira de combater isso!

• Ash Mirage e Runic Skyclaw: bem, acho que são o fator surpresa! A maioria das pessoas não escolherá monstros de longo alcance no conjunto de regras Fire & Regret, no entanto, ambos têm Reflection Shield, então não será um problema! I decided to pick Lily mainly for two reasons: I want to use Agor Longtail and Oshuur Constantia and secondly, I was expecting a monster with Magic Reflect, so Triage would be useful!

• Agor Longtail + Oshuur: very strong combination, when Agor dies, she will be resurrected with her Void Armor and sometimes have enough time to heal herself before the opponent can finish her!

• Djinn Muirat + Cabalist: great cards to deal damage and Cabalist's Amplify will make the Magic Reflect of Muirat more effective!

• Spirit Hoarder: additional Triage

• Revealer: Stun is a very strong ability to prevent a monster to heal/attack.

Decidi escolher Lily principalmente por dois motivos: quero usar Agor Longtail e Oshuur Constantia e, em segundo lugar, esperava um monstro com Magic Reflect, então Triage seria útil!

• Agor Longtail + Oshuur: combinação muito forte, quando Agor morrer, ela será ressuscitada com sua Armadura do Vazio e às vezes terá tempo suficiente para se curar antes que o oponente possa acabar com ela!

• Djinn Muirat + Cabalist: ótimas cartas para causar dano e Cabalist's Amplify tornarão o Magic Reflect of Muirat mais eficaz!

• Spirit Hoarder: triagem adicional

• Revelador: Stun é uma habilidade muito forte para impedir que um monstro cure/ataque.

Medium Mana - Noxious Fumes (Lily Shieldpaw x Astral Entity)

This battle was very cool and my opponent picked a strong lineup as well!

• Almo Cambio: perfect to counter Ranged (Return Fire) and Magic monsters (Phase + High Speed) while Oshuur keep him alive as long as possible.

• Harklaw: good to make counter melee monsters with Demoralize and perfect in Noxious Fumes due to his Immunity ability.

• Dr Blight: in Noxious Fumes ruleset most people pick a monster with heal, so his Affliction ability is essential and Scavenger will keep him alive as well just like the Triage from Lily and Spirit Hoarder!

Esta batalha foi muito difícil e meu oponente escolheu uma escalação forte também!

• Almo Cambio: perfeito para combater Ranged (Return Fire) e Magic (Fase + High Speed) enquanto Oshuur o mantém vivo o maior tempo possível.

• Harklaw: bom para fazer counter melee monsters com Demoralize e perfeito em Noxious Fumes devido a sua habilidade Immunity.

• Dr Blight: no conjunto de regras Noxious Fumes, a maioria das pessoas escolhe um monstro com cura, então sua habilidade Affliction é essencial e Scavenger o manterá vivo, assim como a Triagem de Lily e Spirit Hoarder!
