Dreams

So, I've always been a pretty restless sleeper. When I still lived in a studio apartment that turned to sleepwalking. Usually people don't sleep walk in their dream state, because that's dangerous. Brain is supposed to keep your body down. For me it was that I sort of woke up while dreaming and seeing my posters or bookcase and dream it was falling down making me scramble out of bed in a panic and running to turn the lights on, only for then to wake up properly and realize it was.. Nothing. This is pretty scary because God knows what I'll do when I'm afraid and not completely conscious. I installed an alarm on the inside of my door because I was worried about walking out and locking myself outside. The biggest one was where I was dreaming that there was a bomb somewhere in the area I was in and that it needed to be brought down in order to be detonated. Unfortunately the bomb was my tv . Which I pulled down from the cabinet. I hurt my leg and woke up enough to realize that I was in my house and went back to bed. Only to find my tv on the floor when I woke up. It didn't work anymore. (I then also got one of those pressure mats that gives off an alarm when you step on it because I was moving to a flat on the 18th floor and having balconies scared the living out of my mom. Funny enough I haven't been sleepwalking as heavy as I did in that studio. I think it was a combination of stress (always was worse when stressed) and noise from the studios around me that prevented me from sleeping in deep or noise that woke me up slightly disturbing the stay in bed function.
