Reddit Stock
Here's the thing about RDDT; it released at a price undervalued compared to other peers in the market that have shown arguably worse results with significantly higher valuations.
So that means one of three things may happen:
Reddit rises to a comparable valuation to their peers
Their peers fall to a comparable valuation to reddit
They eventually meet somewhere in the middle.
Snapchat currently trades at around 4x revenue
Twitter.. well not much to say about that
Facebook and Instagram makes a profit so it's not comparable
I doubt wsb will rally behind it like they did with GameStop and AMC, because they have a level of self awareness and know how much they'll come across as losers for doing so
most of facebook's revenue comes from US and EU
rest of world although it has a giant user base makes a small portion of their revenue
because how valuable is an ad to someone whose average income is way lower than the american and european users
advertisers pay a lot less for that space
I think meta themselves knows Facebook is declining
They own Instagram and WhatsApp
Instagram is Facebook but for cool kids
So meta is doing just fine
Reddit is basically for obscure and specific questions that you can't find just by googling.
