Hello Splinter Fanatics!

In the middle of 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, I was looking for ways to earn extra income on the internet and ended up coming across NFT games. The first game I heard about was Axe Infinite, but to start playing you had to invest around BRL 5000 ($1000) or join a school. But the main reason I didn't play Axe Infinite was that it had become too famous, and when that happens the likelihood of something going wrong is high.

I wanted to find a game with less visibility and a solid economy. I found Splinterlands on a YouTube channel. With just $10 I began my journey in Splinterlands, first spending a few days learning how to play. With each game I became more fascinated with the game, so I decided to jump in and buy some cards.

Everything I earned playing the game I reinvested in the game itself. Buying cards and increasing my collection, the Untamed Edition was the latest and most affordable cards to buy. There was also a generous airdrop, which rewarded players who had game assets for a year. All of this made the game's assets expensive, because there was a shortage and the game's simplicity won over many players.

I gradually grew my collection, as I didn't like renting cards and preferred to buy them. In my first year playing Splinterlands, I didn't know about the weekly challenges on Hive. So my investments in Splinterlands came from my own capital and the earnings from the game itself.

It wasn't until my second year playing Splinterlands that I started taking part in the weekly challenges. And this helped me to grow my collection remarkably - every $HBD I earned went towards buying cards. Especially with the arrival of the Chaos Legion Edition, where cards became more affordable.

So I started buying some Splinter Fire cards and after completing my goal I moved on to Splinter Earth and so on. Of course, I still don't have the complete Chaos Legion collection, but I'm proud of the cards I have. I have several Reward cards and the Soulbound cards were one of the best things that Splinterlands did, because by playing every day the player is able to build up a good collection with just these cards, which are powerful and can't be sold for the time being.

I currently have around $1000 in assets in Splinterlands. However, with the announcement of the arrival of the Rebellion Edition, the Untamed cards will leave the Mordeno format and migrate only to Wild. So, as I only play in Modern, without interference from bots, I've sold some of these cards that I won't be using.

My goals in Splinterlands

I'm still buying some cards in Splinterlands, especially at this time when prices are low. But my main focus is to increase my amount of $SPS in staked. Today I have around 15K SPS with the goal of having 20K SPS, but the preference is to reach 50K SPS.

However, after increasing the SPS in staked I have the goal of acquiring the legendary summoners of the Chaos Legion, which by the way are very useful and at a good price.

I've had and continue to have a lot of happiness with Splinterlands, sometimes luck smiles and you can get great rewards. From GLF cards in the rewards chests to a large amount of $SPS tokens, or even dropping good cards in the packs won in rewards.

If you're just starting out in Splinterlands or want to: a good piece of advice is to grow little by little by playing the Raid Battles, Brawls and Tournaments. Splinterlands is more than just a game, it brings together people from all over the world.

Olá Splinter Fanáticos!

Em meados de 2021, em plena pandamia, eu estava buscando formas de renda extra na internet e acabei me deparando com os jogos NFTs. O primeiro jogo que tive conhecimento foi Axe Infinite, porém para começar a jogar era preciso investir cerca de BRL 5000 ($1000) ou entrar em alguma escolinha. Mas, o principal motivo para não entrar em Axe Infinite era que ele tinha se tornado famoso demais, e quando isso acontece a probabilidade de algo dar ruim é grande.

Eu desejava encontrar um jogo com menos visibilidade e que tivesse uma economia sólida. E pesquisando acabei encontrando Splinterlands, em um canal do youtube. Com apenas $10 eu comecei minha jornada em Splinterlands, primeiro passei alguns dias aprendo a jogar. A cada partida eu ficava mais facinado com o jogo, então decide entrar de cabeça e comprar algumas cartas.

Tudo que ganhava jogando reenvestia no próprio jogo. Comprando cartas e aumentando minha coleção, a Edição Untamed era a mais recente e eram cartas mais acessíveis para comprar. Havia também um generoso airdrop, que recompensou jogadores que tinha ativos do jogo por 1 ano. Tudo isso, tornava os ativos do jogo caros, porque havia escassez e além disso o jogo com sua simplicidade conquistou muitos jogadores.

Aos poucos fui crescendo minha coleção, como não gostava de alugar cartas preferia comprá-las. No meu primeiro ano jogando Splinterlands eu não sabia da existência dos desafios semanais na Hive. Então, meus investimentos em Splinterlands eram advindos de capital próprio e os ganhos do próprio jogo.

Somente, no segundo ano jogando Splinterlands comecei a participar dos desafios semanais. E isso me ajudou no crescimento de minha coleção de forma notável, todo $HBD que ganhava destinava a compra de cartas. Principalmente, com a chegada da Edição Chaos Legion onde as cartas se tornaram mais acessível.

Dessa forma, eu comecei a comprar algumas carta dos Splinter Fogo e após completar meu objetivo passei para Splinter Terra e assim sucessivamente. É claro que ainda não tenho a coleção Chaos Legion Completa, mas mim orgulho da coleção de cartas que possuo. Tenho várias cartas Reward e as cartas Soulbound foi uma das melhores coisas que Splinterlands fizeram, pois jogando todos os dias o jogador é capaz de montar um boa coleção, somente com essas cartas que são poderosas e não podem ser vendidas, por enquanto.

Atualmente, tenho cerca de $1000 dolares em ativo em Splinterlands. Porém, com o anúnico da chegada da Edição Rebellion as cartas Untamed irão sair do formato Mordeno e migrar somente para Wild. Dessa forma, como só jogo no Modern, sem interferência dos bots, vendi algumas dessas cartas que não utilizarei.

Meus objetivos em Splinterlands

Eu ainda continuo comprando algumas cartas em Splinterlands, principalmente neste momento em que os preços estão baixos. Mas, meu principal foco é aumentar minha quantidade de $SPS em staked. Hoje tenho cerca de 15K de SPS com meta de ter 20K de SPS, porém a preferência é chegar aos 50K de SPS.

Porém, após aumentar os SPS em staked tenho o objetivo de adquirir os invocadores lendários do Chaos Legion, que por sinal são bastante úteis e estão em um bom preço de compra.

Eu já tive e continuo tendo muitas felicidades com Splinterlands, as vezes a sorte sorrir e podemos ganhar grande recompensas. Desde cartas GLF nos baús de recompensas a uma grande quantidade de tokens $SPS, ou ainda dropar boas cartas nos packs ganhos em recompensas.

Caso você esteja iniciando em Splinterlands ou pretende começar: um bom conselho é ir crescendo ao pouco jogando as batalhas Raqueadas, Brawls e Torneios. Splinterlands é mais que um jogo, pois ele uni várias pessoas de várias partes do mundo.
