[EN/PT] New Ruleset! Born Again

Change is always necessary in our lives, for without it life would become a routine and end in monotony. In Splinterlands, thanks to the team, this doesn't happen, and every week we always have an update. This is really good because it shows how constantly the team is working.

Knowing this, a new combat ruleet was recently introduced in Splinterlands. In today's post we will look at the Ruleset Born Again. .

Born Again
All monsters receive the Rebirth ability , where upon death the monster that possesses this ability is reborn from the ashes like a phoenix.

Currently, this ability is only found on one card, the mighty RUNI. This is a very special card and can only be purchased on the Ethereum network . The rebirth ability is unique and is similar to the Resurrect ability , which relies on another Monster or Summoner to be revived.

Knowing that all monsters are revived and return with only (1) health, however all positive effects and negative effects are nullified. With this information, the best monsters to choose with the Ruleset Born Again are the ones that have the following abilities:

Bloodlust Void Armor

Climbing monsters with the Void Armor ability and plenty of armor is an excellent option, because every monster is revived with only (1) health and does not risk being hit by magic damage immediately. For example, GRUM FLAMEBLADE has the skills Bloodlust and Void Armor in my opinion is one of the best monsters to choose in this situation because of these two skills.

Martryr Scavenger

Monsters with the Martryr ability are an excellent choice when placed next to powerful cards, such as GRUM FLAMEBLADE itself, because she will be killed twice by activating her Martryr ability twice.

Another excellent choice are cards with the Scavenger ability if it stays on the field until all monsters die, it will gain more life than the Rain Elizabeth II, because the monsters will die at least twice. 😂

Now nothing better than to demonstrate what was said in a battle, that happened in the GOLD League and that I was lucky enough to fall into the Ruleset Born Again . With almost all Splinter available, except for Dagron, I decided to venture out with Earth Splinter with the new SoulBound card Summoner, which allows me to summon a Gladius card.

Following the logic presented at the beginning of this post, I decided to scale the powerful QUORA TOWERSHEAD next to two monsters with the Martryr ability . This way, we will have the possibility of the Martryr ability being activated up to four times, in addition to the possible activation of Bloodlust , which can transform QUORA into a real monster.

My strategy also included WOOD NYMPH to heal the monster of the first position with the ability Heal , in this case QUORA TOWERSHEAD that will have double healing, in addition I put CREEPING OOZE in the last position to protect NYMPH from possible attacks on the back. And finally, DJINN BILJKA who was clamored in the last position.

QUORA TOWERSHEAD received Martyr twice, and also defeated FURIOUS CHICKEN by activating her Bloodlust. Even with the buffed stats QUORA was cornered, as the opposing team has much superior attack power. QUORA is the only card that is currently damaging the enemy tank.

As the battle progressed our second rank monster was defeated by the effects of the opponent's Blast ability () and with that QUORA was buffed twice more, plus she managed to defeat PRISMATIC ENERGY.

To my surprise QUORA was defeated and revived with all her stats before her death, but with only (1) health. And we were lucky that she received healing before she was attacked again.

We come to the end of the battle with a real monster, QUORA TOWERSHEAD. Which practically single-handedly defeated the entire enemy team. With incredible (13) damage Melee and Magic , besides (23) health and (14) speed. This shows how excellent a synergy QUORA has with the Ruleset Born Again .

Born Again
Todos os monstros recebem a habilidade Rebirth , onde após a morte do monstro que possui essa habilidade ele renasce das cinzas como uma fenix.

Atualmente, esta habilidade somente é encontrada em uma carta, o poderoso RUNI. Essa é uma carta mais que especial e só poder ser comprada na rede da Ethereum . A habilidade de renascimento é única e é semelhante a habilidade Resurrect , que depende de outro Monstro ou Invocador para ser revivido.

Sabendo que todos os monstros são revividos e retornam com apenas (1) de saúde, porém com todas os efeitos positivos e efeitos negativos são anulados. Com essa informações os melhores monstros a serem escolhidos com o Ruleset Born Again são os que possuem as seguintes habilidades:

Bloodlust Void Armor

Escalar monstros com a habilidade Void Armor e com bastante armadura é uma excelente opção, porque todo monstro é revivido com apenas (1) de saúde e não corre o risco de ser atingido por dano mágico imediatamente. Por exemplo, GRUM FLAMEBLADE possui as habilidades Bloodlust e Void Armor na minha opinião é um dos melhores monstros para ser escolhido nessa situação devido a esta duas habilidades.

Martryr e Scavenger

Monstros com a habilidade Martryr são uma excelente escolha quando posicionados ao lado de cartas poderosas, como o próprio GRUM FLAMEBLADE, pois ela vai ser morta duas vezes ativando duas vezes sua habilidade Martryr .

Outra excelente escolha são cartas com a habilidade Scavenger caso ela permaneça em campo até a morte de todos os monstros irá ganhar mais vida que a Rainha Elizabeth II, pois os monstros vão morrer no minimo duas vezes. 😂

Agora nada melhor do que demonstrar o que foi dito em uma batalha, que aconteceu na Liga GOLD e que tive a sorte de cair no Ruleset Born Again . Com quase todos os Splinter disponíveis, exceto o de Dagrão, resolvi me aventura com Splinter de Terra com o novo Invocador das cartas SoulBound, que permir convocar uma carta Gladius.

Seguindo a lógica apresentada no começo deste post resolvir escalar a poderosa QUORA TOWERSHEAD ao lado de dois monstros com a habilidade Martryr . Dessa forma, teremos a possibilidade da habilidade Martryr ser ativada até quatro vezes, além das possíveis ativação de Bloodlust , o que pode transforma QUORA em um verdadeiro monstro.

Minha estratégia ainda contou com WOOD NYMPH para curar o monstro da primeira posição com a habilidade Heal , no caso QUORA TOWERSHEAD que terá cura dupla, além disso coloquei CREEPING OOZE na última posição para proteger NYMPH de possíveis ataques na retarguada. E por fim, DJINN BILJKA que ficou clamuflado na última posição.

QUORA TOWERSHEAD recebeu Martyr duas vezes, além de ter derrotado a FURIOUS CHICKEN ativando seu Bloodlust. Mesmo com os stats buffados QUORA estava encurralada, pois o time adversário tem um poder de ataque muito superior. QUORA é a única carta que no momento está dano no tanque inimigo.

Conforme a batalha se encaminhava nosso monstro da segunda posição foi derrotado pelos efeitos da habilidade Blast do oponente e com isso QUORA foi buffada mais duas vezes, além disso ela conseguiu derrotar PRISMATIC ENERGY.

Para minha surpresa QUORA foi derrotada e revivida com todos os seus stats antes da sua morte, porém com apenas (1) de saúde. E tivemos sorte que ela recebeu cura antes de ser atacada novamente.

Chegamos ao fim da batalha com um verdadeiro monstro, QUORA TOWERSHEAD. Que praticamente sozinha derrotou todo o time inimigo. COm incríveis (13) de dano Melee e Mágico , além de (23) de saúde e (14) de velocidade. Isso mostra o quanto QUORA tem um excelente sinergia com o Ruleset Born Again .
