[EN/PT] Life Sapper and the Trinity of Death

Hello, Splinter Fanatics! 😍

We're back for another Weekly Challenge of the best #Play2earn ever @splinterlands.

I have learned a lot from the Weekly Challenges, as it is a way to exercise our battle strategies and analyze in detail the strengths and weaknesses of a particular card, this has made me a better player.

Today our challenge will be about Life Sapper, a Death Splinter card that since its initial level has one of the best abilities in the game, Life Leech.

It is a rare card from the Chaos Legion edition, which has a magic attack and with its Life Leech ability, each round it sucks the health of opposing units. At level 1, it has (1) magic attack, (2) speed, and (2) health, all for just (3) mana cost.

The image below shows all the attributes of this letter. Monsters with the Life Leech ability generally have low health as their ability to siphon the opponent's health compensates for this fact.

At the maximum level, this monster gains the ability Redemption, which deals (1) damage to all enemy units when this monster dies. I like this ability in battles that contain the Holy Protection combat rule, which gives Divine Shield to all units, as Life Sapper has low health putting him in the first position, in this situation, is an excellent option.

Life Leech
The monster's health increases each time it deals damage to an enemy monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.

Redemption
When the Monster with this skill dies, it deals 1 damage to all enemy monsters.

The following is a list of the strengths and weaknesses of Life Sapper, in addition to the combat rules that can best be used with this card.

Strengths: Low mana cost and Life Leech ability;

Weaknesses: It is a slow card in the initial levels, but from level 6 it reaches (4) speed which I consider an average speed. Another weakness is its low health, meaning protecting this card is necessary.

Best Summoner: As it is a magic attack card the best synergy is with the Dragon Splinter Summoner Delwyn Dragonscale, which gives (+1) magic attack. Unfortunately, this summoner can only be used in Wild mode. 😔

Combat Rule: The best combat rules are presented below.

• Equalizer: As Life Sapper has low health its use in this combat rule is a smart strategy, because with its Life Leech ability it increases its health. In my opinion, this is the best combat rule for this monster.

• Little League: As it has only (3) mana cost it can be scaled in battle with this rule.

• Armored Up: Due to its low health, protection is necessary so this rule is beneficial for choosing this card, as it gains (+2) armor.

• Holy Protection: The logic of the previous rule can be used, in the case of extra protection. Or we can use our star, if it is at the maximum level where it has the Redemption ability, to remove all Divine Shield from enemy units, with their death.

In general, Chaos Legion and new Reward edition cards are reasonably priced due to their large number of prints and the bear market we are living in. This is good because we can have the chance to build our deck with those cards that have higher liquidity.

The regular version of this letter is priced at $0.17 on the market and the Foil Gold version for having fewer impressions at $2.09 at the time of writing.

Our battle took place in a Wild mode in the Gold league under the following combat rules listed below.

In this battle as there were two triggers, low mana and the Equalizer rule, which made the Death Splinter choice the most sensible. The Death Splinter has a lot of low mana and low health units but is very offensive. So, we selected Summoner Zintar Mortalis, which gives (-1) melee attack.

Our enemy chose to choose the Life Splinter with Summoner General Sloan, which gives (+1) ranged attack for our luck he only scaled one unit with this type of attack, Pelacor Arbalest, which was included last week's challenge.

Below is our scaling strategy as the battle is low mana we chose to place the largest number of units. Also purposefully taking advantage of the Equalizer rule, we chose cards with the Life Leech ability, which benefit from this combat rule.

CARD	STRATEGY
	In the first position we climb Carrion Shade is a melee attack card and only (1) mana. Let's have faith that our opponent uses cards with a lot of health! 🙏
	Then, in the second position we scale Creping Ooze also with a melee attack and (1) mana, in addition to the Slow ability to slow our enemy.
	Soon after, we climbed Ancient Lich with magic attack and with the Life Leech ability. Now the magic happens, because we have three cards with this ability that I call here the trinity of death
	Next, we climbed the star of this post, Life Sapper, also with magic attack and with the ability Life Leech.
	Then we scaled Venari Bonesmith also with the same attributes as the previous card, in addition to the ability Poison.
	Finally, we cast Chicken Furious as a discard card to protect our attack trinity from Sneak opponents.

Once the battle starts, all monsters have their health normalized by the monster with the highest health. As all the monsters we climbed are low on health this gave us the upper hand.

After the Summoners buff and debuff, the battle starts, and in the first round our Carrion Shade and enemy tank, Pelacor Conjurer, are defeated.

Our three death trinity cards: Ancient Lich, Life Sapper and Venari Bonesmith dealt damage to Pelacor Conjurer, but some of the damage was returned to our team of magic units, and that round did not increase their respective lives.

In the second round, our Creping Ooze is defeated, but luckily our team of leeches had a chance to accumulate some health from the damage dealt to our enemy team.

We managed to defeat Time Mage at the end of this round, both fallen monsters had the Slow ability, so there was no speed change.

Our enemy also used a unit with the ability Life Leech, Stich Leech a melee attack card with the ability to attack the last position. Fortunately, this card was poisoned by Venari Bonesmith.

And Ancient Lich was defeated this round along with Stich Leech thanks to poisoning. Now Pelacor Arbalest is in the first position and unable to attack. Phew!😅 For a minute I thought we were going to lose this battle because the offensive power of Pelacor Arbalest was very damaging to our team.

In this battle Life Sapper along with his allies formed a nice team with the skill Life Leech, but that didn't stop it from being a difficult battle. And what do you think of this team?

Estamos de volta para mais um Desafio Semanal do melhor #Play2earn que existe @splinterlands.

Eu tenho aprendido bastante com os Desafios Semanais, pois é uma forma de exercitar nossa estratégias de batalha e analisar de forma detalhada os pontos fortes e fracos de uma determinada carta, isto tem me feito um melhor jogador.

Hoje o nosso desafio será sobre Life Sapper, uma carta do Splinter de Morte que desde seu nível inicial possui umas das melhores habilidades do jogo, Life Leech.

É uma carta rara da edição Chaos Legion, que possui ataque mágico e com sua habilidade Life Leech a cada rodada vai sugando a saúde das unidades adversárias. No nível 1, possui (1) de ataque mágico, (2) de velocidade e (2) de saúde, tudo isso por apenas (3) de custo de mana.

Na imagem abaixo são apresentados todos os atribuitos desta carta. Monstros com a habilidade Life Leech, em geral, tem pouca saúde pois a sua habilidade de sugar a saúde adversária compensa este fato.

No nível máximo, este monstro ganha a habildade Redemption, que dar (1) de dano a todas as unidades inimigas quando este monstro morre. Gosto desta habilidade em batalhas que contém a regra de combate Holy Protection, que dar Divine Shield a todas as unidades, como Life Sapper tem pouca saúde colocá-lo na primeira posição, nesta situação, é uma excelente opção.

A saúde do monstro aumenta cada vez que causa dano à saúde de um monstro inimigo em proporção ao dano causado.

Redemption
Quando o Monstro com esta habilidade morre, ele causa 1 de dano a todos os monstros inimigos.

A seguir é listado os pontos fortes e fracos do Life Sapper, além das regras de combates que melhor podem ser utilizada com esta carta.

Pontos Fortes: Custo de mana baixo e a habilidade Life Leech;

Fraqueza: É uma carta lenta nos níveis iniciais, mas a partir do nível 6 ela atinge (4) de velocidade que considero uma velocidade mediana. Outra fraqueza é sua baixa saúde, ou seja, proteger está carta é necessário.

Melhor Summoner: Por ser uma carta de ataque mágico a melhor sinergia é com o Summoner do Splinter de Dragão Delwyn Dragonscale, que dar (+1) de ataque mágico. Infelizmente, este summoner só pode ser usado no modo Wild. 😔

Regra de Combate: A seguir são apresentadas as melhores regras de combate.

• Equalizer: Como Life Sapper possui baixa saúde seu uso nesta regra de combate é uma estratégia inteligente, pois com sua habilidade Life Leech ele aumenta sua saúde. Na minha opinão esta é a melhor regra de combate para este monstro.

• Little League: Como possui apenas (3) de custo de mana pode ser escalado em batalha com esta regra.

• Armored Up: Devido a sua baixa saúde, proteção é necessária entaõ está regra é benefica a escolha desta carta, pois ganha (+2) de armadura.

• Holy Protection: Pode ser usada a lógica da regra anterior, no caso proteção extra. Ou podemos utilizar nosso estrela, caso esteja no nível máximo onde possui a habilidade Redemption, para retirar todos os Divine Shield das unidades inimigas, com a sua morte.

Em geral, as cartas da edição Chaos Legion e novas Reward estão com preços acessíveis devido ao seu grande número de impressões e ao mercado de baixa em que estamos vivendo. Isto é bom, pois podemos ter a chance de construir nosso baralho com essa cartas que possuem uma maior liquidez.

A versão regular desta carta está cotado no market por 0.17 dólares e a versão Foil Gold por ter menos quantidade de impressões por 2.09 dólares, no momento em que escrevo.

Nossa batalha aconteceu no modo Wild na liga Gold sobre as seguintes regras de combates listada abaixo.

Nesta batalha como haviam dois gatilhos, baixa mana e a regra Equalizer, que fizeram a escolha do Splinter de Morte ser a mais sensata. O Splinter de morte possui muitas unidades de baixa mana e pouca saúde, mas bastante ofensivas. Então, selecionamos o Summoner Zintar Mortalis, que dar (-1) de ataque melee.

Nosso inimigo optou em escolher o Splinter de Vida com o Summoner General Sloan, que dar (+1) de ataque ranged para nossa sorte ele escalou somente uma unidade com este tipo de ataque, Pelacor Arbalest, incluise foi o desafio da semana passada.

Abaixo segue nossa estratégia de escalação como a batalha é de baixa mana optamos por colocar o maior número de unidades. Também de maneira proposital aproveitando a regra Equalizer escolhemos cartas com a habilidade Life Leech, que se favorecem com essa regra de combate.

CARD	STRATEGY
	Na primeira posição escalamos Carrion Shade é uma carta de ataque melee e apenas (1) de mana. Vamos ter fé que nosso oponente utiliza cartas com grande quantidade de saúde! 🙏
	Em seguida, na segunda posição escalamos Creping Ooze também de ataque melee e (1) de mana, além da habilidade Slow para retardar nosso inimigo.
	Logo em seguida, escalamos Ancient Lich de ataque mágico e com a habilidade Life Leech. Agora a mágica acontece, pois temos três cartas com essa habilidade que aqui eu chamo de trindade da morte.
	Em seguida, escalamos a estrela deste post, Life Sapper, também de ataque mágico e com a habilidade Life Leech.
	Em seguida, escalamos Venari Bonesmith também com os mesmo atributos das carta anterior, além da habilidade Poison.
	Por fim, escalamos Chicken Furious como carta de descarte para proteger nossa trindade de ataque Sneak adversários..

Iniciada a batalha todos os monstros têm a saúde normalizada pelo monstro de maior saúde. Como todos os monstros que escalamos tem pouca saúde isso nos deixou em vantagem.

Após os buff e debuff dos Summoners, a batalha é iniciada e logo na primeira rodada nosso Carrion Shade e tanque inimigo, Pelacor Conjurer, são derrotados.

Nossa três cartas da trindade da morte: Ancient Lich, Life Sapper e Venari Bonesmith deram dano no Pelacor Conjurer, mas parte do dano foi devolvido ao nosso time de unidades mágicas, e nessa rodada não aumentaram as suas respectivas vidas.

Na segunda rodada, nosso Creping Ooze é derrotado, mas felizmente nosso time de sanguessugas teve a chance de acumular alguma saúde com o dano dado ao nosso time inimigo.

Conseguimos derrotar o Time Mage ao fim dessa rodada, ambos os monstros caídos tinha a habilidade Slow, então não houve mudança de velocidade.

Nosso inimigo também usou uma unidade com a habilidade Life Leech, Stich Leech uma carta de ataque melee com habilidade de atacar a última posição. Felizmente esta carta foi envenenada por Venari Bonesmith.

E Ancient Lich foi derrotado nesta rodada juntamente com Stich Leech graças ao envenenamento. Agora Pelacor Arbalest está na primeira posição e impossíbilitado de atacar. Ufa!😅 Por um minuto achei que fossemos perder esta batalha, pois o poder ofensivo de Pelacor Arbalest foi muito danoso ao nosso time.

Nessa batalha Life Sapper junto com seus aliados formaram uma bela equipe com a habilidade Life Leech, mas isso não impediu de ser uma batalha díficil. E você o que acho desse time?
