Guide To The Collection Power Chart And How To Tell Which Card Belongs To What Set

Hello! Ever wondered how to read the power chart and tell which card has how much power? Well now you can! So lets get right into this.

The Basics - Reading the Chart

Lets start off with how to read this. Every card in this game, based on when they were released, is worth a certain amount of collection power regardless of its monetary value. A normal foil Kron might be worth hundreds but it only has 1000 power. Gold Foils are rarer and worth more power, so if your card is in gold, look at the bottom chart. Renting a card will give you that card's power and the reverse is true when you rent it out. Collection power for airdrop is unaffected.

Power is split into 4 tiers, Alpha & Promo, Beta & Reward, Dice, Untamed & Reward, and finally Chaos Legions and Reward.

Huh? You said Reward thrice!

And thats because there's three 'generations' of it, each generation is worth differing amounts of power. For simplicity's sake, I'll explain the Chaos Legion Reward card tier first, and make my way down to Alpha & Promo

Chaos Legion Reward Cards, the 3rd Gen Reward Cards

Chaos Legion Reward Cards have the least power and are on the fourth column of the collection chart (excluding the columm explaining the card rarity)

Every card from the reward set has a number inside the star/diamond on the middle of the card. No other set has this.

Dice, Untamed, and 2nd Gen Reward Cards

Dice, Untamed, and 2nd Gen Reward Cards all follow the same details. Names of Neutral Cards look like they are written on wooden boards that are nailed onto the card, while cards belonging to splinters have their names and levels on sideways crystals with triangular ends. Do keep in mind though, for gold foiled cards you'll have to recognise by the design as they're coloured in gold.

However, all of them have cracks at the bottom of the card. Every other set does not have cracks in them.

Beta, Promo, and 1st Gen Reward Cards

This starts getting a little bit iffy to tell them apart because all 3 share the same design. Their central decor pieces look like ribbons with their ends slightly folded. However, Promo is worth more power, so if you are looking for them specifically, use the filters in the marketplace.

Alpha

Finally, we have the Alpha cards, which are worth the most power. They look like zoomed out images of their Beta card variants with the corners of their card image filled by the colour of their splinter That and.. well, their card design also looks pretty different.

Special Mention: Gladius

It wouldn't be a proper guide unless I also mention Gladius. Gladius also count toward collection power and their card looks like its made from stone. However, and I must stress this, they cannot be used for Ranked Battles, only Guild Brawls. They also cannot be bought and sold on the marketplace but can be burned for DEC.

And that's all of 'em (for now)

I'll probably have to remake it when a new set comes out, but I think the Chaos Legion Cards should also follow the same design as the new reward cards.
