Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Pelacor Mercenary

Hey folks, Welcome to this week's social media challenge for the online blockchain game #splinterlands. Here is the Link to enter the challenge.

Each week i will feature a different Monster + Ability with a Battle. This week i thought I would take a look at another one of the new reward cards called the Pelacor Mercenary!

Splinterlore

Pelacor Descent 1 of 4 - On the distant floating continent known as Solaki, the sons of the sun have lived for hundreds of years since the great Splintering. For those who know of its existence in the Splinterlands, Solaki is also sometimes known as the sun splinter. Life in the Splinterlands has never been easy, as anyone living there can tell you, but it has been a picnic compared to the average life on the floating continent.

Attack: Melee
Abilities: Flying at level 1 + Healing at Level 6 + Retaliate at Level 10


I was luck enough to win two separate Gold cards in the last few weeks which I combined for a level 4 card.

Abilities

Monsters with the Flying Ability have an increased chance of evading melee and ranged attacks from monsters who don't have the Flying ability.

---

The Heal ability allows the monster to heal a portion of their health each round.

---

The Retaliate ability allows the monster to retaliate when hit with a melee attack.

---

As you can see from the stats below this is an excellent card with loads of potential when upgrading.
