Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge - 🐉 The Dragons Are Coming...🤣🤣🤣

Welcome to another Splinterlands Weekly Battle Challenge. Here is the original post if you want to enter a battle yourselves.
This week we are featuring the Dragon Splinter rather than a specific monster so I have chosen one of the new Chaos Legion cards called Chaos Dragon!
The Chaos Realm has preyed upon many a world, opening rifts in time and space to invade the lands and take from its people.
When they attacked Praetoria and the Splinterlands, it was first thought that the minions were compelled through the portal for their fear of the dark shade that lurked beyond the gate, the shadowed image of Uul.
Eventually though, when the last of the armies stepped through, there came such a prodigious monster that at first, none could believe it was real. A nightmare dragged forth into reality.
This is an amazing Dragon monster with the highest mana count of any card at 14! The highest previously being 12 with The Kraken.

Rarity: Legendary
Element: Dragon
Attack: Magic
Abilities: Flying + Scattershot at level 1, Blast at level 2 and Blind at level 3.
Cumulative with Dodge and Blind, to get up to + 65% chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks.
Summoner Brighton Bloom gives this ability to every friendly monster at the start of a battle. A fast monster with Flying and Dodge will be very hard to hit by Melee and Ranged attacks.
Snare can remove Flying. Does not work against enemies that have Flying itself. It does not affect magic attacks.
The flying ability is really useful in many types of battles but it really shines in the Earthquake ruleset. Using the Summoner Brighton Bloom gives you a serious edge in this situation!
As this is a new ability I haven't had a chance to really test it out!
Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up.
Summoner Yodin Zaku gives this ability to every friendly monster at the start of a battle.
Blast is on of my favourite abilities and is always very effective in almost any battle situation.!
Cumulative with Flying and Dodge, to get up to + 65% chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks.
Summoner Lir Deepswimmer protect friendly monsters whith this ability.
This is a 38 mana level battle with all splinters allowed except Water.
I have 6 cards in this battle against 6!
Dragon(+Earth) vs Fire
Ruleset = Earthquake + Healed Out
As i already mentioned this Rare Dragon Summoner is perfect for the earthquake ruleset as he grants all friendly monsters the Flying ability!
In first place i have one of the new 0 mana cards which have just been released called Fungus Fiend.
I have him here in first position to hopefully get a hit in before my proper Tank Goblin Mech steps up!
I will be taking a closer look at these cool new cards in an upcoming post for my next social media challenge as they have other uses and i am really liking them 👍
In second place i have the ever dependable Goblin Mech which is one of my all time favourite cards!
This is a really great melee attack monster with some amazingly high stats making him very hard to kill.
I currently own a level 5 Gold card giving him 5 hit points, 3 Speed points, 6 Armour points and 8 Health points!
In third place we have the featured monster called Chaos Dragon providing magic attack support.
With his amazingly high stats of 3 hit points, 3 Speed, 10 Health and 4 Armour he is sure to be an unstoppable brutal opponent who is also hard to hit!
This is one of the new chaos legion monsters which caught my eye as it has the Tank Heal ability which i like to have in every battle whenever possible.
With 2 magic attack and 6 health he is a much better alternative to Wood Nymph when the numers are right.
Never forget your Chicken!!
The chicken will act as cannon fodder for any sneak attacks from the enemy.
I would usually have her in last plave but that is reserved for the mighty Blighty!
At the rear we have the sinister monster called Doctor Blight and i have him at the back due to a new ability he has called Camouflage!
This means he cannot be targeted until he reaches first place!
As the warriors enter the arena we get our first look at the enemy and it looks like we have some decent competition with a classic Yodin Zaku line up.
There will be carnage!
Round 1 begins badly with my Fungus Fiend being destroyed by the enemies Spark Pixies without getting a hit in.!
Round 2 begins with the Earthquake rulset applying damage to all non flying monsters and killing the enemies Fire Elemental monster.
Halfway through and Chaos Dragon obliterates the enemies tank monster called Magnor. I feel pretty confident of a win now.
Goblin Mech then steps up and easily destroys Ferexia General.
The enemies Spark Pixies is then decimated by Goblin Pshycic and Doctor Blight.
Round 3 begins with my tank Goblin Mech wiping out Lord of Fire and the earthquake takes care of the last enemy monster.
Victory is mine!
Usually i would supply gifs or screenshots of the battle but i am having a bit of a nightmare today as my tablet has just died and i can't do it now.

That was an epic battle and i enjoyed writing about it. I will definitely use this great monster agsin in a similar lineup.
