Oh, man. That kind of sucks, but at least with a positive attitude, it's not so bad : ) your money will come soon!

Haha, I went to the site to buy that tablet myself, and I was on the fence a little. When I came back a week later it was only available as pre-order! The irony 😆

Where did you try to order it from? That sucks though. Usually you can just order or Amazon and pay cash on delivery and that'll be the end of it. Never heard about preorder thingy in there haha.

Huion.us is where I was looking, I didn't even think about Amazon 😆. There are a lot of other models to choose from on huion.us, though. Whenever I decide to spend, it's good to know there are options.

Isn't it more expensive to buy from their own site though? I prefer popular e commerce websites because if something goes wrong they will surely do something about it and if they don't we can do a bit damage by tagging them on twitter haha.

Idk about price differences, but the huion website has a return policy under the item description 🤷‍♀️. To me, it's better to get tech items from the manufacturer rather than a third party distributor, as far as security goes. There are plenty of reputable 3rd party sellers, that's just paranoid me 🥹. An inexpensive graphics tablet - prolly isn't a big deal haha

Most e-commerce sites have that option Ema. That's one the main reasons why I order through them other than the great offers they provide hehe.

They also provide open box delivery these days so you can check before giving them the cash. That's what I did when my laptop arrived. But they probably don't have have wide range of varieties in their website like you said. That's the only advantage I see here.

COD is practically non-existent in my country, other than for ordering pizza or other food delivery.

Returns are usually not a big hassle, but it takes time because it's up to the buyer to either drop off the return to a shipper or schedule a time to arrange pick up.

I think the pre-order is to get in line for the next lot that's still in production. There are a lot of options at that price point on the huion site, I was actually surprised. Thanks for sharing, it led me down a path!

What is open box delivery, though? Like it's already been returned?
