Twilight Basilisk Daily Quest Reward <-What?!

In the world we find ourselves in for Bronze League Daily Quest Rewards, I've come to expect a Potion or a few Coins, but today was quite the surprise.

I haven't really gotten a good grasp of Reach monsters, but with this new Twilight Basilisk addition I aim to improve my knowledge and skillset.
