A big greeting again to the great Splinterlands community, this time I am very happy to bring you a great battle which I developed with a great combination of the dragon splinter in conjunction with the earth element to make this an incredible combination to exterminate the enemy at any cost.

I hope you enjoy this battle as much as I do and see the great features it has, nothing more to add We are going to win.

Highlights of this battle.

In my opinion, this is one of the most complete splinters in the world of Splinterlands, not to say my favorite, thanks to the great versatility that these have, for those who do not know this splinter has the ability to combine with another, in my case the earth splinter, to have a wide range of cards and combinations to put into practice and eliminate our opponent.

Few people really appreciate the power of this splinter, but its capabilities are the greatest in the game since we can combine for example The spells of the death splinter with the powerful dragons or the fire splinter to further increase our power.

For this battle, we will be able to appreciate in full depth the offensive capabilities of these incredible monsters and the difference that opens up between players.

My Battle

It should be noted that I am the kind of player who carefully observes the strategies that my opponent is applying to have an idea of what he can attack me with and this was no exception, this opponent was playing with various formations of the splinter of fire, but always using Tarsa as a summoner... This is where my strategy begins, calling to war a summoner that would give me a solid resistance to keep me firm in the battle and placing a monster with an ability specially made for the task of dodging blows and defending myself from the ability Sneak.

Obviously, I call to action a tank which for me is one of the best in these fights where it tends to be quite resistant and dodge a substantial amount of hits, in second position a dragon-type card that can attack from there the enemy monsters. As a wildcard and to give a counterattack and hunt the monsters in last position I incorporated a card with Sneak.

My Battle Rules

Mana: 24

Standard: This battle rule is the simplest and most basic of the whole game, where all kinds of abilities and cards can be used.

Alignment

Drake of Arnak
When I predicted that I would face Tarsa, my choice became more than clear, to employ a Splinter that would reinforce my cards and help me to resist a little further, it is here where this impressive ancestral Dragon is presented, which is noteworthy that in terms of design is one of my favorites since it has a scholar dragon appearance. This is my battle was an indispensable piece because if they would attack with power, I had to be cautious.

Unicorn Mustang
Arriving from the bottom of the forest, the untamed unicorn leading the battle formation with great power and endurance. This card is in charge of an admirable way to defend and attack with strength and speed, dodging decisive blows, giving the necessary and always with that immovable aspect. With 10 points of life and only 1 point of shield provided by the summoner, this monster is a born tank for the first formation, its speed and attack are not to be underestimated is a physical attack of 3 points and 4 of speed. Possessing the ability Void which reduces the damage done by the magic attack, this is a perfect card in terms of resistance. Although the ability was not helpful this time as there was no magic attack in the enemy ranks.

Twilight Basilisk
Flying over the skies and arriving at the battlefield we find this basilisk snake which is positioned in the second position to play a surprising role in this battle. With its ability Reach this monster goes directly to attack everything in the first position with its indestructible fangs to annihilate our enemy. With 1 point of physical attack and 3 of speed, the best words to define this card are speed and agility, it also has 3 points of life and 1 of shield, although it is not the most resistant card in this battle it played a great role.

Goblin Thief
Arriving at the third position I include this little goblin to provide a spoonful of his own medicine to my opponent, with the ability Sneak in his hands this card fervently took charge of eliminating with speed and power the cards in the last position of my enemy to go cornering him and taking him to the defeat, With 2 attack points and 2 in speed, this card does considerable damage for such a small body, the point of placing it in an intermediate position is because its 3 life points make it an extremely weak card and prone to die.

Fire Spitter
We arrived at the main course of this battle, and one of the strongest dragon type cards I have on hand because my opponent would use cards with Sneak ability the idea was to increase the chances of this lose all that damage for this job would take care of this monster with its ability Flying which greatly increases the chances of dodging the blows, this added to that already has 4 incredible points of speed to dodge the damage. Although do not think that this is all, this monster has an attack of 2 points at a distance which provides a significant amount of damage, in turn, has 4 points of life so it is not considered at least by me a monster so easy to kill.

Strategy

My strategy honestly worked wonderfully, the battle conditions were exactly as I expected and my cards acted accordingly, doing the job in the same way, eliminating, dodging, hitting, and finally defeating my opponent.

For future occasions, I plan to continue combining this chip with the others, for example, the water one which I like or the death one in which I am good at forming terrifying strategies.
