Managing Exams Stress

Today I will be talking about exam stress and its management.

To deal with exam stress most times is very challenging as one has to create and organize strategies in isola study time. There are many ways one can handle exam stress.
Organize a study time before exams
One of the ways to not be stressed out during exams is to create a study time before exams. Most students fail their exams because they didn't take out enough time to prepare, some would have done better if they had started their preparation before the exams period. Create a study schedule by splitting your courses, break down bulky materials into small pieces so as to be able to cover and understand.
Create out time for relaxation
One thing about reading is that if you are stressed up, you won't be able to read well and understand, you may Force yourself to read but the truth is nothing will get into your memory because the mind and body needs rest, rest simply Means relaxing the mind and muscle. If there i need for sleep then you have to sleep and get refresh and revive before reading your book.
Eat a balance diet
Another important aspect of reading is to eat well before your start reading, I know as student we may not really have enough money sometimes we have to manage our provisions and up keep money, but eating well and eating good food is one of the way to an healthy mind, you can't be hungry and be reading at the same time, your mind won't be stable. In order not to be distracted by hunger you have to eat well to your satisfaction before reading. Get your self stock up before exams, reach out to your parents and relatives for support remember your well being is important to be able to study.
