Hello everyone, it's my pleasure to be here in this prestigious community where opportunity is open for Nigerians to share their ideas and their thoughts every week, reading through others' posts. Some wonderful point has been made already and I would like to also contribute.
Here is my contribution for this week topic
The Three traits.

As humans we do have our own uniqueness these are the things that makes us different from others and we also have our imperfections cuz we are humans but you know there are some traits that I expect everyone should at least have no matter your tribe religion and age it should be seen in you as a person

empathy

For me empathy should be a common traits found in every human being as long as we have feelings and blood running in her veins as humans we should have compassion for one another we should have a genuine connection the ability to comprehend and tolerate other people, remedies of being on earth I have come across two different sets of people and trust me when I mean I have seen people I have seen them in there different colors and you will be like does this people even have empathy for human do they even have feelings because of the way they react or treat others. For me I don't easily judge people or condemn them. I first of all try to put myself in their shoes. If I was in this position, what would I have done, would I have done worse? before passing judgment sometimes the reason why people do things is not because we really wanted to, but so much pressure and Some could not just the bear it anymore and the only way to overcome all survive was doing what they did and for the fact that we are humans we all have our flaws and weak point it is necessary to always consider other and have empathy on others before passing judgment. When we have an impact on others it will enhance our relationship, build connections and strengthen trust and bond between one another, let our understanding with others replace judgment, let kindness surpass indifferent and let connections and bonds overcome barriers.

Resilience

This is one unique traits I wish every woman could have because life is not printed to make us happy I don't know but I think life is designed to always challenges cuz it's full of ups and down and most of the parents we are faced with adversity is the ability to bear the fortitude and adapt is very very important some people are faced with challenges in life and as a result of that the weary faint and some even die because they did not have this attribute of resilience to overcome the setbacks that comes their way and learn from the challenges despite how hard it is, having the trait don't just mean one is able to avoid challenges it's about having the ability to navigate through them and still come out courageous and determined, its the ability to confront obstacles without losing hope. We will always be faced with challenges but with the trait of resilience in us we will perceive every single challenge as an opportunity for growth and personal development.

Open-mindedness

One of the reason why most people can go far in life is because they don't have an open mind towards learning, and unlearning what they knew. There are some people who have hold onto ideas the new which maybe we were not right and some have been how they did but they refused to unlearn and and new things and improve themselves I wish everyone can be open to learning the world will be a better place it is believed that we don't know everything as humans if the backgrounds locations and believe may be limited to some knowledge but with an open mind one can learn anything and unlearn anything. We will always have different points of views as humans because of our upbringing and backgrounds, sometimes beliefs, but with an open mind difference becomes a bridge to learn new things rather than barriers, .
