Splinterlands // Wood Nymph

Yow, whats up @splinterlands warriors, it's your Boi Eustace-Kidd once again for another Splinterlands Fanart, and for today post I used Wood Nymph as my model. I give all my best for this piece, I hope you like it too. So below is the process how did I do it. 🥲

Lore:
A peculiar new bud appeared at the tips of the highest branches of the Elder Tree. The animals living in the tree watched as the strange buds grew, and in a matter of days, burst open. From each bud zoomed forth a tiny sprite. These Wood Nymphs quickly scattered around Anumün in a frenzy of mischief.

Process:

Step1, lets start from the scratch using sketchbook app, I create first a full body rough sketch.

Step2, after that I cleaned my line art, and I started to applly some colors, I also added layer for my swatches. I think the reason of using swatches is to be more consistent in applying colors.

Step3,after coloring the whole model I started applying shadows and highlights. I'm still studying this techniques.

Step4, okey were so close, haha. As you can see in panel 2 I added some highlights on her hair I use pencil tool for that, and in panel 3 I already added her dark and puple eyes.

Step5, this is my favourite part doing the background, panel 1 I added a dark green backgroud then using Tattoo Inker Tool I draw a tree, in panel 2 by the help of ellipse ruler I created the moon and for that shadow on tree I just use Airbrush Tool, and in panel 3 using Glow Brush we give the moo a perfect moonlight 😅, also I used Salty Watercolor for those clouds.

Alright, final touch I just eliminate those darklines from my line art, and then tadaahhh...
