Finishing Strong at Gold

As for me, I was able to finished strong right before the end of the season. I was sitting at Gold 3 and will climb to Gold 2 the the whole season, it just goes back and forth for about 15 days, but last night I was able to break it into Gold 1. I was not aiming for it because I feel I don't have enough leveled cards, so just battling and grinding to earn more glint and earn more fortune entry.

But luckily I had a good run of battle last night, I finished rank 15 on our leaderboard. Earning 50K glint as a reward and another 200K glint from rank.

Loot Chest

Since I advance to Gold I was rewarded with few loot chest and able to get some good rewards as well.

Though I was hoping for higher rarity card, it was okay. Since this loot chest is just a bonus from our battling everyday.

Glint Spending

• Bought 500 Alchemy Potion, by the way it has a bonus 50 Alchemy potion. I just found out last night😆.

• Bought 400 common draw from rewards shop.

• Bought 57 rare draw from rewards shop.

I was able to pull 4 gold foil from my common draw and 1 gold foil from rare draw that I sell this morning because I fell asleep last night.

Was able to generate 2653 $DEC from the sale. I sell it a lower price just the exact amount buyers bid it in the market to make the sale faster.

But the regular foils, it stays in my card collection, its the one that I am keeping because its easy to upgrade. But of course the advantage of having the gold foil in battle is the higher reward. But I don't mind at the moment since my goal is to have a max level conclave rewards card. And with that sale I can buy other core cards that I need.

So its basically trading my time and my knowledge to earn the rewards card and the bonus of having to earn additional $DEC coming from sale of gold foil.

My Conclave Rewards Card

With my latest purchases my common cards are at now level 7 and 8 while my rare cards are at level 3 and 4. I have a epic but they are at lowest level and zero legenday. Its still a long way to go for me to reach the max common and rare at max level. I am in a race against time because conclave rewards card is more expensive compare to rebellion. But I am motivated and will continue to grind.

Fortune Draw

I don't know how many weeks have pass since Splinterlands started the modern rank fortune draw, but I feel I was lucky enough already to win three times. I also had two copies of luckiest long shot so far.

All those three cards that I've won already sold at the market. Not because of the profit but because I can have that card at max level on regular foil soon. And besides, I can upgrade my card collection from the proceeds of those sale.

But I feel that my card collection is scattered too much, and I have a lot of cards that I am not using and just sitting at my deck. So I am thinking of selling idle cards to upgrade my most used cards.

New Goal

If I will rate my season performance:

• I had a better result from modern rank
• Just average performance from brawl
• Poor performance in tournament.

So for this season my goal is to have a steady battle in rank modern or even surpass my previous performance, and improve on my low results in brawl and tournament.
