Turning Brave rewards into Tarasa Splinterlands Cards

OK so I really like using the brave browser, for a number of reasons but being paid to do so has to be a big reason.

OK so last month I earned 13.4 BAT or around $5 worth, now I went into setting and maximised my ads to maximise my bat. Quick reminder you don't need to open the adds to earn bat.

Now to get your bat you need to be verified, I am verified via uphold. Now uphold has a huge network fee for moving bat but not our old dodgy friend xrp! So I convert to xrp and send it to Binance and from there to Hive and finally to DEC to buy my sweet sweet Tarasa

Considering the large number of people on HIVE that use BRAVE, I am surprised that HIVE doesn't have a SWAP.BAT/HIVE pair, nor is it included in the Hive-Engine deposit page.

I am also surprised that few of the tribes have any features related to BAT.

A SWAP.BAT would be really cool, also considering that Splinterlands is sponsored by Brave...

Problem is, it would still cost the same amount of ETH to deposit that it would to send it somewhere else.

Getting the funds out of Brave and Uphold is expensive. But once in HIVE people will be able to trade the coin for free.

Brave claims that it is helping independent web development by allowing Brave users to give donations to site. HIVE might be able to attract web developers who have BAT but would like to diversify.

It would be great for sure. I have been with the Brave project since beta. The devs are awesome people. It would be awesome for Hive and BAT to have a bridge. Or, let’s get Hive on Uphold, lol.

HIVE tribes probably should do a little bit more to attract Brave tips. Does BRAVE takes a huge cut of the tips? Do they charge the sites that receive tips a huge fee when they try to use the BAT? The tips might be the best avenue for getting BAT into the HIVE ecosystem.

BTW: Brave stopped showing ads on my browser; so I no longer get rewards.

The tribes do not get Brave rewards as none of them are signed up as publishers unfortunately. Most of the tribes are all hosted and developed by the Hive-Engine team so that would be a whole thing. Would be nice though... It's something to talk to them about though for sure.

Odd, the Brave Browser shows the little donation triangle and box claiming that several tribes accept Brave tips. StemGeeks.net put up a post when they joined the program, but they never explained what they were doing with the rewards.

This screen snapshot shows a box claiming that HiveHustlers.com is a certified brave creator:

That is a separate site from the actual Hive Engine front end. That site is the info site I built for the community using Wordpress. I have it set up on that site, but it is not something that is available on the actual Hive-Engine site. So if you were to click on one of the hivehustler posts from that site, it would lead you to hivehustlers.io which is the blockchain front end.

There only needs to be one site in the Hive-O-Sphere for the system to collect Brave Tips. LeoFinance, StemGeeks, peakd.com and hivehustlers.com all seem to accept tips. I suspect that there are more.

The main thing is to have a few contests that distribute the rewards. There is very rarely a post on created page for Brave .

The accounts that issue coins can play games like burning coins equivalent to the BAT tips.

Note, there may be rules against sharing the tips. I am really not up on the brave ethos.

LOL, cool, I am glad I am not the only one that exchanges BAT for XRP to get out of Uphold, lol.

Good and quick, and Blocktrades also come to mind. How is the transaction fees on BCH?
