So now my question is, what have you seen in this particular battle, and what have you observed? You can clearly see that there are lots of magic attack monsters in the opponent's team. As well as there is a Decent Opportunity ability monster, I have added a counter for them. So here I have countered Heavy magic attack monsters as well as opportunity ability monsters.

For that, I have taken a void monster whose name is Nim Guard Captain. This particular monster has a void ability, which means it gets less damage from the magic attacks. On the other side, I have used SpellMonger because SpellMonger has the thorns ability, plus it has low health, which means it is gonna trap the opportunity card very easily. So I have finished the opportunity card in the first round. Just one attack and opportunity card out, and also I have protected my other cards by using Nim Guard Captain at first.

So what you are doing mistak here, we are going to talk about it. You never see what opponent is taking. If you can understand what the opponent's favourite then you can easily counter the opponent because there are limited cards in the frontier. So if the opponent's favourite is Melee attack cards and especially that opportunity ability card, then you have to use spellmonger card, and this is sorted. Other strategies, when the opponent is taking most ranged attack monsters, then you can use a card with more health and armour, and the headwinds ability, but the headwinds ability card is not available right now, so you can just follow a more health or more armoured card, and this is simple and effective. And when it comes to Magic attack Then simply use Nim Guard Captain at first, and everything is sorted.

So this is a simple yet very powerful formula to win most battles in splinterlands but you always avoid such things; you just click on battle now and select the team, and just fight there, and you are doing wrong here. You have to observe the situation and then react according to it. You should know what the counter better counter strategy is for the opponent, and if you learn this Then trust me, you will win most battles without even getting expensive cards. You can do it with the normal cards using reward cards And this is my personal experience of two to three months.
