Hello guys,

Today I am going to share with you another battle in @splinterlands. Sorry but I no longer have a link to this battle.

Battle details:
I played with death splinter. And my opponent used a water splinter against me.

It was a battle of total 36 mana cap with two rules:

Back To Basics: Monsters lose all abilities.
Close Range: Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battles.

I had my OWSTER ROTWELL level 1, DARK HA'ON level 1, ELVEN CUTTHROAT level 1, CTHULHU level 1, ANCIENT LICH level 1, HALFLING ALCHEMIST level 1 and FURIOUS CHICKEN level 1.
And my opponent had his/her cards as ALRIC STORMBRINGER level 1, POSEIDON level 1, DJINN OSHANNUS level 1, PHANTOM OF THE ABYSS level 1, SEA GENIE level 1.

Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.

~ OWSTER ROTWELL. level 1

This is a death summoner it grants Magic Reflect to all friendly monsters. He needs 3 mana.
Market.

Great summoner that needs little mana.

~DARK HA'ON. level 1

This is a death monster in this level it has melee attack(2), Speed (3), Health (13), Armor(1) and three abilities:
Taunt: all enemy monsters attack this monster(if they are able to).
Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have flying ability.

It needs 10 mana.
Market.

Awesome tank. High health makes good combination with magic reflect.

~ELVEN CUTTHROAT. level 1

This is a life monster at this level it has melee attack(1), speed(3), health(1) and one ability:
Sneak: attacks the last opponent's monster instead of the first.

It needs 3 mana.
Market.

I had to use this monster because it is the theme for this week's challenge.

~ CTHULHU. level 1

This is a death monster in this level it has magic attack(3), Speed (1), Health (12) and three abilities:

Cripple: Each time enemy is hit by a monster with cripple it loses one max health.
Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have flying ability.

This monster needs 11 mana.
Market.

Great mage. Also has a lot of health.

~ANCIENT LICH. level 1

This is a death monster in this level it has magic attack(3), Speed (1), Health (3) and two abilities:
Life Leech: Monster's health increases each time it hits enemy monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.

It needs 7 mana.
Market.

My favorite death monster. Can gain insane health if survives long enough.

~HALFLING ALCHEMIST. level 1

This is a neutral monster, in this level it has ranged attack(1), Speed (1), Health (1), Armor(1) And one ability:
Halving: Each time this monster hits a target, the target's attack is cut in half(rounded down).

It needs 2 mana.
Market.

This monster is just awesome. Halving ability is very useful.

~FURIOUS CHICKEN. level 1

This is a neutral monster, in this level it has Speed (1), Health (1).

He needs 0 mana.
Market.

I picked this monster because it doesn't need mana.

On the battlefield.

My opponent had many mages. That was very promising because I had magic reflect ability.

My opponent kept on damaging himself.

And so I won.

In this battle I won 20.152 Dec and 38 League Rating. My strategy worked well- My summoner granted magic reflect to my team and it was very useful.

ELVEN CUTTHROAT is a decent monster on higher levels but right now it is not very great and I don't use it often.

I would like having SAND WORM in my team.
