Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with water splinter and my opponent used a fire splinter against me. Death, Life and Dragon teams were banned from this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 54 mana cap and three rules:

Back to Basics: Monsters lose all abilities.

Super Sneak: All melee attack monsters gave Sneak ability.

Earthquake: All non-flying units take 2 physical damage at the end of every turn.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner, KELYA FRENDUL level 5. This summoner adds +1 to my team's armor and speed.

First Position, GOBLIN MECH level 6. This monster has good melee attack and a lot of armor.

Second Position, DEEPLURKER level 4. Another monster with good health and melee attack.

Third Position, DJINN OSHANNUS level 3. This monster has a lot of health and decent magic attack.

Fourth Position, NERISSA TRIDAWN level 1. A strong mage with great health.

Fifth Position, CAPTAIN'S GHOST level 5. Another monster with strong magic attack and decent health.

Sixth Position, PHANTOM OF THE ABYSS level 3. A very powerful and fast mage.

My Strategy & Tips

I used a tank with a lot of armor and hoped that it will survive the Earthquake rule long enough for my mages to destroy enemy team. I also used monsters with good health so they would survive longer. In my last position I placed a super fast monster so it could avoid sneak attacks from enemy melee monsters.

Analysis of The Battle

My strategy worked well. My enemy had no counter to my magic attacks and also a lot of his monsters were unprotected from Earthquake rule. My PHANTOM OF THE ABYSS was also fast enough to avoid some melee attackers. So I won without too much problems.
