Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with water splinter and my opponent used a dragon splinter against me. Life teams were banned in this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 15 mana cap and three rules:

Rise of the Commons: Only common and rare cards may be used in battles.

Fire and Regret: All monsters have Return Fire ability.

Target Practice: All ranged and magic attack monsters have Snipe ability.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner, KELYA FRENDUL level 5. This sommoner adds my team more speed and armor.

First Position, VENARI MARKSRAT level 5. The death of this monster makes nearby monsters stronger.

Second Position, SEA MONSTER level 6. This monster has great melee attack and two abilities: Heal and Thorns. That means that this monster is good counter to melee monsters.

Third Position, FURIOUS CHICKEN level 1. This monster doesn't cost any mana.

My Strategy & Tips

I used sacrifice rat to make my main monster stronger. I played SEA MONSTER because I could not use my HYDRA( battle rules didn't allow most powerful cards) and SEA MONSTER is a bit similar to HYDRA because it also has Healing and Thorns. I also used FURIOUS CHICKEN as protection from Sneak attacks.

Analysis of The Battle

My strategy worked well- sacrifice rat died and made my SEA MONSTER more powerful. After that my opponent tried to resist but even his gladiator card was no match for my SEA MONSTER. So I won.
