Battle of the day.

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with death splinter and my opponent used a death splinter against me. Earth, Life and Dragon teams were banned from this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 58 mana cap and three rules:

Noxious Fumes: All monsters start the battle poisoned.

Aimless: All monsters have Scattershot ability.

Up To Eleven: All monsters have the Amplify ability.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner , MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE level 3. I used this summoner because I wanted to counter ranged and magic attacks and remove any healing abilities from my enemy team.

First Position, GOBLIN MECH level 6. I used this monster as my tank because it has good armor and also can Pierce and Stun my enemies.

Second Position, CTHULHU level 2. I used this monster because it is a strong mage who also can Stun my opponent's monsters.

Third Position, PHANTOM SOLDIER level 3. I used this monster because I wanted to lower enemy magic attack even more.

Fourth Position, ANCIENT LICH level 3. I used this monster because it can gain more health with Life Leech ability.

Fifth Position, REVEALER level 4. I used this monster because I hoped to Stun my enemies.

Sixth Position, USUT level 1 This monster has decent armor and good health

My Strategy & Tips

In battle with poison rule you could use one of the few strategies. You could with monster who has Immunity, Heal or Scavenger or if mana cap allows just use monsters with a lot of health and hope that your opponent will be the first to die from poison. I used a monster with Immunity as well as few monsters with a lot of health. Regarding Aimless: ruleset I think that it is best to use as many monsters as possible so enemy would have more targets.

Analysis of The Battle

In this battle my opponent used a weapons training strategy and turned a few monsters with no attack power in to mages. Luckily I was able to reduce enemy magic attack power and his mages couldn't damage my team. My biggest worry was that poison would kill my team but I also had a monster with Immunity just in case that would happen. So I won.
