Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!
Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle. in @splinterlands.
Battle details: I played with earth splinter. And my opponent used a earth splinter against me.
Battle rules:
It was a battle with 18 mana cap and three rules:
Are You Not Entertained: One additional gladiator cards may be used in battles.
Target Practice: All ranged and magic attack monsters have the snipe ability.
Aim True: Attacks always hit their targets.
Battle lineup:
- OBSIDIAN level 5. This summoner increases magic attack of my team. I used this summoner because I wanted to play a specific earth gladiator monster.
- VENARI MARKSRAT level 3. I used this monster as a sacrifice because I wanted to make my gladiator even stronger.
- QUORA TOWERSHEAD level 2. I used this monster because it has awesome attack power and healing ability.
- BROWNIE level 2. I used this monster because I wanted to make my team faster.
- FUNGUS FIEND level 1. This monster doesn't cost any mana.
- FURIOUS CHICKEN level 1. This monster doesn't cost any mana.
Battle strategy. I decided to sacrifice my rat to make gladiator monster very powerful. Also I used a few monsters as defense from sneak attacks.
On the battlefield.
My opponent had a strong summoner and a few healing monsters.
My rat was about to die.
My gladiator was already super strong but it could still become more powerful.
My opponent's healing powers could not match the attack power of my gladiator.
After defeating enemy tank this battle became easy.
And so I won.
In this battle I won 0.241 SPS and 20 League Rating. My strategy worked well- after sacrificing my rat my gladiator became unstoppable.

So fast~. I see you're playing that strategy which uses the martyr to buff quora. This is pretty popular now in ranked play because of that gladiator ruleset. It's super strong in bronze :') and not fun to play against
All that power is too tempting. But I agree I can't imagine that playing against this strategy would be very fun.
