Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle. in @splinterlands.

Battle details: I played death splinter. And my opponent used a fire splinter against me.

Battle rules:
It was a battle with 12 mana cap and two rules:

Super Sneak: All melee attack monsters have the sneak ability.

Heavy Hitters: All monsters have Knock Out ability.

Battle lineup:

• THADDIUS BROOD level 4. This summoner lowers enemy health and magic attack. I picked this summoner because I wanted to play with my death team.

• HAUNTED SPIRIT level 3. This monster has decent attack and healing ability.

• VENARI MARKSRAT level 3. The death of this monster makes adjacent monsters stronger.

• CORPSE FIEND level 1. This monster doesn't cost any mana.

• FURIOUS CHICKEN level 1. This monster doesn't cost any mana.

Battle strategy. I hoped that my opponent will not have monsters with stun ability because it was a low mana cap. I used the rat as a sacrifice to make HAUNTED SPIRIT more powerful. I also picked two monsters with 0 mana cost as a defense from sneak attacks.

On the battlefield

My opponent had a melee team. My measures against sneak attacks paid of.

I lost my protection against sneak attacks. My rat died and my tank became stronger.

At this point I was sure that I will win.

I only had one monster but it was too powerful for enemy team.

My opponent also only had one monster remaining.

And so I won.

In this battle I won 0.331 SPS and 16 League Rating. My strategy worked well- My rat died and made my HAUNTED SPIRIT too powerful for the enemy team.
