WEEKLY BATTLE CHALLENGE - HOW TO BEAT LV.3 KATRELBA GOBSON TEAMED UP WITH LLAMA AND KRON

Introduction
Weekend is always a good time to create a post related to Splinterlands, isn't? So, in this weekend, I would like to share to all of you guys, my epic battle which is showing how my team could beat legendary summoner and monsters (Scarred Llama Mage and Kron the Undying) who were teamed up with Katrelba Gobson, one of the common Gladius card from earth splinter, but the gladius card which I have beaten is not an ordinary card, it's a gold card which has more level than the average cards. Are you curious with the battle? Let's jump into the battle right away!
Monster Stats and Skills
Overall, she has 5 skills at maximum level (Bloodlust, Sneak, Double Strike, Snare, and Cripple) very crazy. At bronze level, the maximum level for the common card is 3, so players can use Lv.3 Katrelba Gobson who has 4 melee attack (total), 3 speed and 4 health. If she was paired with monsters who have inspire ability then her melee attack will be 6, the same as her mana cost, this will make her more deadly.
At Silver level, all players can use her at the maximum level 5, where her attack becomes 3 and inspire ability will makes her total melee attack becomes 8. Can you imagine, 8 melee attack for 1 turn from common card? Very awesome right? It proves that Katrelba Gobson is a strong card and will be very powerful if player could build good strategy to optimize her potential. At this level, she has and additional ability, Snare.
At Gold level, this card becomes even more stronger, since the maximum level that the player can use is 8 where she has 3 melee attack, 5 speed and 5 health. The skills are the the same as the maximum level card for silver (Bloodlust, Sneak, Double Strike and Snare). Inspire effect will make her total attack become 8, the same as maximum attack in Silver league as well.

And... at diamond and champion league, where you can use the maximum level of common card, the melee attack of Katrelba Gobson will be 4, if she was paired with Inspire effect, the total attack per turn will be 10. Can you imagine it? 10 melee attack from common card which means that you will almost be eligible to use the card in any battle rule. Pretty amazing.

| Unicorn Mustang | This is one of my best earth tank because of his void ability to reduce magic attack (Halved and rounded up). Besides, his 10 health point will make sure that he will stay for a long time in battle especially if he got healed by tank healer. Besides, his 4 speed and 3 melee attack is powerful to take the enemy down. |
| Chaos Agent | I used this card as an anticipation in case the enemy used monster with snipe ability, so at least he can absorb the attack once. He could also be a 2nd tank (as an attack absorber) if "let say" the Unicorn Mustang is being killed. |
| Creeping Ooze | This monster is always being used in almost all of my battle because he can slow the enemy down (reduce the enemies speed by 1) which increase the attack accuracy of my monsters and increase the dodge rate of my monsters when they are being attacked by the enemy. |
| Javelin Thrower | As a ranged attack monster, this card is powerful since she has 2 ranged attack with 4 speed (very fast at bronze level). Her 4 health is also fair enough as she has 5 mana. 4 speed will make her to attack first prior to other monsters in the battlefield. |
| Halfling Alchemist | This monster is very crucial against Gladius card because he will make all stats of the opponent team becomes halved whenever his attack is successfully hit the enemy. This will make the bloodlust ability pointless and increase the chance to win the battle. |
| Mitica Headhunter | I put this monster in the last position because he has 5 health point which can absorb sneak monster attack for some round. Another reason is because he is the most powerful ranged attack in the team so he should die last. His 4 attack is very essential to kill enemy very fast. |
Battle Analysis
Round 1
In the first round, Katrelba Gobson attacks Mitica Headhunter twice and it reduces her health point by 4. Her health point becomes 2 only and we all know she is gonna die in the next round due to Thorn ability. So we can conclude that sneak monster is very weak against Thorn ability because they will attack and their attack will reduce their health points. In this round, Harvester died after being attacked by Halfling Alchemist and it makes Katrelba Gobson moves forward to the first position.
Round 2
In the second round, Katrelba Gobson died after receiving ranged attack from Mitica Headhunter and it makes Kron the Undying the last monster in the enemy team and activates the last stand ability, which makes him more powerful, but my team are still all alive and the total attack is 10 way higher than the Kron attack to Unicorn Mustang which is only 3.
Round 3
All of my monsters are keep attacking Kron who does not has the heal ability. His life point is keep decreasing and it's only 4 in the end of round 3. Looks like he is going to die in the next round since his speed is only 2 and my 3 monsters have very high speed (Unicorn : 4, Javelin Thrower 4, and Mitica Headhunter : 5).
Round 4
Kron the Undying died after getting 4 ranged attack from Mitica Headhunter. The match is over, Mylor team wins.
