Weekly battle Challenge

This week it is Molten Ash Golem challenge i play mostly in wild and this is my battle

The battle started with 28 Mana with Target practice and Lost Legendries rule.

For Summoner i went with Qid Yuff. Low mana with piercing ability and it is the only fire high level summoner i can rent as it is low priced.

And this is my lineup.
In the first rank we have the Serpent of the Flame a 6 man monster with retaliate and poison (Poison only available at level 3)

In the second rank we have Radiated Brute 5 mana monster with Reach, able to attack in the second rank.

In the third rank we have the monster of the week our good ol Molten Ash Golem. he have close range and at level 4 it does 1 extra damage.

In the fourth rank we have The Lava Spider a 3 mana monster with snipe (I know i know. It is a little redundant in this rules >_<)

In the Fifth rank We have Tenyi Striker a 5 mana monster with sneak attack and a very balance stats making it a good backline.

In the Sixth rank we have our splinterland iconic temperamental bird the Angry Chicken. It is there to soak damage

The strategy here is to soak up whatever snipe damage with Molten Ash Golem as it have high health while slowly killing their backline. This makes their backline unable to touch my Serpent of the Flame giving it and the Brute chance to kill off their front line and in this case it is a Flesh golem.
Chicken is there to take damage as it is always the case when i use it hahahaha.

Result
The strategy worked. Chicken soaked up 1 hits as expected Molten Ash Golem soaked up all of the snipe Hits and my Serpent of Flame and Radiated Brute focus on the flesh golem. It took a while to kill the Flesh golem as it have heal and my poison landed late. If you watch the battle the snake have so many hits buy only when the Flesh Golem is dying did it land and it is not even activated before the Flesh Golem died hahahhahaha.

Do you like MOLTEN ASH GOLEM? Why or why not?
Molten Ash Golem to me is a yes and a no. At low level you seldom see much use to it as it does not deal much damage and there are many other cards that are at 6 mana that is more useful.

As a range unit the better cards in my opinion are Pyromaniac or Pyromancer. Pyromaniac have Sneak and Pyromancer have blast and at level 1 both deal 2 damage compared to 1 damage it have.

As a front line tank i will use Tusk the wide with 12 health or Pit Ogre with Stun and deals 2 damage.

At high level it is slightly better with higher damage and if you are able to use it at level 6, the Ash Golem is able to Weaken the opponent's monster reducing their Max health by 1 which sometimes can be a game changer as it takes 6 health off the board in a full lineup before the match even starts.
