This is about my winning match. Using Oaken Behemoth in Melee Mayhem along with two more rulesets in a brawl battle, I got a good result of winning against the enemy team.

I'll be joining a challenge hosted by @splinterlands with this post and I'm linking the challenge link so that other peoples may know about it.
Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

This time I got a battle with 21 mana and I went for it using Scarred Llama Mage as the earth summoner.

THIS IS THE BATTLE LINK.

Here you can see both team where I've found a opponent with 2 cards against my 2 cards.

Battle Ruleset:

The battle ruleset has 21 mana cap.
Aimless: All monsters have the scattershot ability.
Mele Mayhem: Melee attack monsters can attack from any position.
Unprotected: Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from abilities of summoner buffs.

My chosen cards.
I chose earth splinter with 2 earth cards where I used Scarred Llama Mage as the summoner.

My target was for Oaken Behemoth to get the use of martyr ability and gets the last stand ability from the summoner after Fungus Flinger dies. I chose Fungus Flinger at the front position and this cute mushroom tree is actually a ranged attacker so it won't attack from the front position but Oaken Behemoth will do from the second position until Fungus Flinger dies.

And after Fungus Flinger dies, my Oaken Behemoth first gest +1 to all stats for the martyr ability of its lost friend and then the living monster gains 50% to all stats using last stand ability provided by the summoner. So, yeah that's my lineup strategy there.

Enemy's chosen cards.
The enemy chose fire splinter with 2 fire cards using Tarsa as the Fire summoner.

The lineup strategy of the enemy team was definitely fantastic. Both monsters there has great potential and one of them has bloodlast towards enemy monsters.

The Battle

For the aimless ruleset, the friendly Oaken Behemoth had the chance to attack two enemy monsters one after another with the double attacks and yeah all monsters got to do random attacks in the battle getting the scattershot ability. It's clear that I didn't follow the melee mayhem ruleset that offers melee monsters to attack from any position. And the friendly team didn't lose anything to the unprotected ruleset for not having any monster with armor but the enemy team lost three armor from a monster.

Scarred Llama Mage offered +2 health to all friendly monsters although the first friendly monster was okay with the low health as it was chosen only as a sacrificing goat. The friendly monsters didn't have to use the cleanse ability from the summoner as there were no negative effects on them and the last stand ability stayed with them for one of them to die. There Tarsa offered +1 health and +1 melee attack to all two melee enemy monsters.

Friendly teams Oaken Behemoth started attacking first where Chimney Wallstop of the enemy team lost two health from the thrown magic attack and then the friendly monster personally handed over the melee attack on Living Lava where the enemy monster lost only one health using shield ability to reduce the damage.

Then as per my wish/strategy, my Fungus Flinger died after Living Lava did four melee damage on it. After reaching the first position, my Oaken Behemoth first got +1 to all stats from the martyr ability of the lost Fungus Flinger, and then the lucky friendly monster gained 50% more to all stats using lats stand ability provided by the friendly summoner.

Now the bull became a beast. Both damages did hit five from two which was around 2.5x and then speed went to six from three when the health went to eighteen from nine which was total double from what it had as regular at the beginning.

This monsters one turn now had the power to damage total ten health if there's no armor on the targeted enemy monster and I see the whole attacks were going towards the front enemy monster as the friendly monster was at the front position at that time.

So, after I accomplished what I wished for, the enemy Chimney Wallstop attacked the friendly monster with six melee attacks and missed the whole damage. I searched for a reason but didn't find one about why the miss attack happened at this crucial time for the enemy team.

Then there was a new round and as I imagined, Oaken Behemoth attacked Living Lava with both attacks at a time where the enemy monster died and the next enemy monster Chimney Wallstop came towards the first position having seven health and got ready to die. But before dying, the enemy monster damaged six health of the friendly monster with a single turn.

Then there was another round where Oaken Behemoth attacked the enemy monster using 5 melee attacks + 5 magic attacks where the enemy monster had nothing to do but die and the friendly team won the battle keeping Oaken Behemoth alive.

NEXT TIME.

The next post about splinterlands will be coming soon.
