My Splinterlands Journey so Far.

Thanks to splinterlands curation team for giving us such an wonderful theme to talk about where we can talk about our splinterlands journey.

Discovery of Splinterlands

I joined hive around 6/7 months ago and I kind of came to hive after learning about splinterlands from twitch of @clove71. As the summoner's spellbook needs real money to buy, I waited as I wanted to see if I can earn something first from this blockchain and I started showing my gameplays in hive blockchain.

The above part is from my post that I shared at November 24, 2022 which is almost a year back when I published my very first post about splinterlands here.

Being a gamer, I used twitch and talked about various games in hive leaving twitch links and then I noticed @clove71 talking about splinterlands in that platform. She amazed me showing her gameplay and giveaway. I didn't initially joined the arena as I waited to earn the fund that I needed to buy the summoner's spellbook and I earned that money from my post where I used to talk about various video games.

Duration of Participation

I didn't count but my profile in splinterlands says I'm Battling since May 2022 which tells me I'm in the arena for around 1.5 years (1 years and six/seven months). So, I think I have the right to say that I'm a seasoned veteran to this mesmerizing realm.

Time Spent in Splinterlands

As I do other jobs/tasks in real life that takes most of my time, I can't spend time in splinterlands on daily basis, not now (at the current situation) at least. I'm only taking part in my guild brawls (I'm a part of a Immortal Gods guild) and I'm trying to be active there regularly for each and every brawl.

It was not like this throughout my whole journey in splinterlands as I used to do daily quests and I think I even joined tournaments before but I'm playing only in brawl as present which may change in time if I get enough time again.

Accomplishments

The best thing I've achieved in splinterlands so far is I think I'm getting the hang in the battle arena as I can do good lineup strategies that makes me win against the enemy teams and I was happy to see me holding the first position in our guild for more than once.

If we talk about earnings, I'd say I got a lot more than what I spent in this realm by talking about splinterlands battle and other things in my blog as they asks players to talk about their battles and experiences each week and they reward most of them with their valuable upvotes. And I've been holding and earning SPS from guild plays which I'm holding for a better time when SPS may get better in price.

Upcoming Goals

Right now, my only goal is to keep battling and taking part in guild brawls, holding and earning as much SPS as I can, collecting more and better gladiator cards using MERITS and building my deck to do better in the future.

Advice for Beginners

I'd advice beginners to

• Keep a separate time for splinterlands everyday (definitely if you deserve that time) and keep practicing as practice makes perfect.
• Learn the basics from this page after you're logged in into the game.
• Learn from others and analyze top battles (You'll get to see fantastic battles in top battles) so you understand which monster does what.
• Try to join a guild when you think you deserve to be in one, keep accumulating as many SPS as you can from your guild plays.
• First investigate yourself and then try to build your decks with all the darling child of splinterlands.
• If you like to write, take part in the weekly challenges of splinterlands to earn extra rewards which you may even be able to use to build your decks.
• And at last, believe in yourself.

Personal Achievements and Holdings

• I played total 806 battles in both modern and wild ranked where I won total 450 battles.
• Along with some Credits, DEC and SPS, I have 58 owned cards in my card collection where I have single BCX cards and even some combined cards in greater level.

So, this is all that I wished to talk about my splinterlands journey and now I rest my case here thinking of doing a battle in Target Practice ruleset so I may join in the battle challenge this week.
