Victory in Unprotected: Mastering the Game with a Strategic Win.

Unprotected.png

In the unforgiving arena of the unprotected ruleset, where there's no armor to shield your warriors, I found my path to victory through my well-chosen strategy where my monsters didn't even need to be protected.

This win reminds us that sometimes, it's not just about the strength of your armor but the sharpness of your strategy that truly makes the difference on the battlefield. Stay tuned for a detailed breakdown of my strategy that led me to this memorable victory.

This is about my winning match. Battling in unprotected ruleset in a brawl battle, I got a good result of winning against the enemy team.

I'll be joining a challenge hosted by @splinterlands with this post and I'm linking the challenge link so that other peoples may know about it.

This time I got a battle with 57 mana and I went for it using Prince Rennyn as the earth summoner.

THIS IS THE BATTLE LINK.

Here you can see both team where I've found a opponent with 6 cards against my 6 cards.

Battle Ruleset:

The battle ruleset has 46 mana cap.
Unprotected: Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from abilities of summoner buffs.
Target Practice: All ranged and magic attack monsters have the snipe ability.
Silenced Summoners: Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities.

My chosen cards.
I chose earth splinter with six earth cards where I used Prince Rennyn as the summoner.

The battle was dominated with unprotected ruleset where no monsters gets their own armors and summoner can't give anyone armor buff as well so there's no benefit in using a monster with big armors or a summoner that offers armor stats so I chose monsters without armor except for the second monster that has a good stats with a some armor stats which I lost for the ruleset.

And I chose one monster that offers additional armor and I chose this monster to show you guys how this gets disappeared as well.

Enemy's chosen cards.
The enemy chose water splinter with five water cards and a neutral card using Bortus as the water summoner.

The lineup strategy of the enemy team was good with some good cards.

The Battle

So, there's not armor to be seen in this battle for the unprotected ruleset and I see one of my monsters lost the armor where the enemy team's not one, not two but four monsters lost their armors for this ruleset. I chose the monster having the armor and the monster that offers +2 additional armor just to show you guys what this ruleset does. And this ruleset removed the armor of all the monsters in the battle and also didn't allow my monster to add additional armors to any monsters.

All monsters got snipe ability for target practice and the summoners didn't give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities for the silenced summoners ruleset. Disintegrator of the enemy team reduced one melee attacks of two of my monsters by 1 using demoralize ability.

Friendly teams Regal Peryton started attacking first where Merdaali Guardian of the enemy team lost a single health only and then did double damage (magic+ranged) where the magic damage killed the opponent's Merdaali Guardian and the ranged damage damaged two health of Swamp Spitter.

As Swamp Spitter was now the first ranged attacker of the enemy team, all my monsters except the front one targeted this enemy monster using snipe ability till this monster also died and the opponent's Lemell Refugee lost four health to my Quora Towershead's magic+melee and my Oaken Behemoth's melee damage in the meantime. The first and second enemy monster attacked the first friendly monster when the enemy's Deeplurker targeted Mycelic Slipspawn of the friendly team.

After Queen Mycelia damaged one more health of the Lemell Refugee and left the enemy monster with only a single health, there was a new round where Regal Peryton attacked Lemell Refugee and the enemy monster died losing the last health and the next enemy monster reached the first position then.

Now all friendly monsters targeted the first monster of the enemy team no matter who is there on the spot and Relenor Cleaver died so soon after Runemancer Florre and Oaken Behemoth did some nice damage and the next enemy monster Disintegrator reached the first position and now it can do some damage IF it gets the chance which was kind of impossible as it had the lowest speed.

So my prediction was right. After Oaken Behemoth did the magic damage, Quora Towershead then did its double damage (melee+magic total 3 damage) and then Mycelic Slipspawn did its magic damage where the enemy's Disintegrator died with great pleasure and the next last enemy monster reached the first position. BTW, Quora Towershead increased her health using heal ability in the meantime.

Reaching the first position the enemy monster took its turn and damaged three health of Quora Towershead and then Queen Mycelia damaged one health of the enemy monster and finished the current round up. Then there was another round where Regal Peryton first damaged one health of the enemy monster that left the enemy monster having four health. Then Runemancer Florre did a double damage (2 ranged+2 magic) that killed the last enemy monster for good and the friendly team won the battle keeping all monsters alive.

NEXT TIME.

The next post about splinterlands will be coming soon.
