CELESTIAL HARPY

¡Hola amigos! nuevamente por acá para contar le sobre otro proceso de ilustración que hice para otro concurso de @splinterlands, escogí una carta de la unidad de VIDA llamada: "CELESTIAL HARPY" quise dibujar este personaje porque me parece hermosa con ese plumaje, a demas las arpías del Clan Celestial se llaman así porque habitan en los picos más altos de las montañas de Splinterlands y prefieren la paz a la violencia. Sus plumas son de los colores azul y blanco del cielo, lo que las hace difíciles de ver para cualquier persona en el suelo. Cantan hermosas melodías que a veces se pueden escuchar en una suave brisa primaveral. Viviendo en clanes pacíficos, las arpías se quedan solas y se sumergen en un mundo de belleza, arte y libertad. Por su hermoso plumaje y las místicas historias que se cuentan sobre ellos, acuden cazadores. Viajan a lo alto de las montañas, buscando matar a una arpía por dinero y gloria. Pero cualquier cazador que llega tan alto nunca regresa. Porque el Clan Celestial trabaja en equipo para defenderse unos a otros. Y no muestran misericordia a aquellos que tienen tinieblas en su corazón.

Hello friends! here again to tell you about another illustration process I did for another @splinterlands contest, I chose a letter from the LIFE unit called: "CELESTIAL HARPY" I wanted to draw this character because I think she is beautiful with that plumage, other harpies The Heavenly Clan are so called because they inhabit the highest mountain peaks of Splinterlands and prefer peace to violence. Their feathers are the blue and white colors of the sky, making them difficult for anyone on the ground to see. They sing beautiful melodies that can sometimes be heard in a gentle spring breeze. Living in peaceful clans, the harpies are left alone and immerse themselves in a world of beauty, art and freedom. Because of their beautiful plumage and the mystical stories that are told about them, hunters come. They travel high into the mountains, seeking to kill a harpy for money and glory. But any hunter who reaches that high never comes back. Because the Heavenly Clan works as a team to defend each other. And they show no mercy to those who have darkness in their hearts.

AND THE PROCESS BEGINS:

Amigos siempre comienzo el proceso, dibujando el boceto con unas líneas rústicas y muy básico siendo estas algo tosca ya que los hice sobre las carreras, muy sencillas para tener una nocion de lo que haré, Para el boceto usé un Pincel de Pluma.	Friends, I always start the process, drawing the sketch with some rustic and very basic lines, these being somewhat rough since I did them on the races, very simple to have an idea of ​​what I will do, For the sketch I used a Pen Brush.

En esta parte pinte todo lo que confoma la cabeza entre ellas la corona de plumas y los rasgos del rostro, para los cuales us+e los siguientes pinceles: Aerógrafo, mezclador, ajuste de multiplicar, ajuste de superponer, mezclador de manchas y el pincel Básico para pintar los colores base como el azul y el color piel, los otros que mencione los use para saturar y dar luz a ciertas partes otro para combinar los colores y arrastrarlos, el blanco para los dientes y parte del ojo.

In this part, paint everything that makes up the head, including the crown of feathers and the features of the face, for which I use the following brushes: Airbrush, mixer, multiply adjustment, overlap adjustment, stain mixer and the brush Basic to paint the base colors such as blue and skin color, the others that I mention I use to saturate and give light to certain parts, another to combine the colors and drag them, white for the teeth and part of the eye.

Aqui pinte todo el cuerpo y las plumas del sosten, hombro, antebrazo y parte inferior del cuerpo usando los mismo pincel que mencioné antes y las misma tecnicas para mezclar, arrastrar dar sombras y luces al cuerpo y plumaje.	Here I painted the entire body and the feathers on the bra, shoulder, forearm and lower body using the same brushes I mentioned before and the same techniques for blending, dragging and shadowing and highlighting the body and plumage.

Por ultimo pinte las alas que tiene esta hermosa Arpía, tome las plumas que ya habia dibujado en la parte superior del brazo, luego en otra capa las hice mas grande y fui colocando en las partes que pense que se verian bien luego las duplicaba y volvia a unir para dare mas intencidad al color azul despues fui haciendo este mismo proceso en repetidas ocaciones hasta lograr lo que ven, luego pinte las puyas de las alas para dales forma de pluma utilicé el pincel Mezclador de Manchas le di luz y sombra con el pincel de multiplicar y de superponer despues de eso pase hacer el fondo usando los pinceles de Textura grande, Mezclador de Desenfoque, queriedo simular un cielo que tiene una avertura por donde entra la luz, esta luz la realicé haciendo un degradado con un tono blanco luego duplique la capa y borre ciertas partes con el Aerógrafo Suave, posteriormente tomé un azul mas claro y pinte por las orillas de donde proviene la luz, para terminar hice unos reflejos brillantes en la corona, ojos y labios.

Finally I painted the wings that this beautiful Harpy has, I took the feathers that I had already drawn on the upper part of the arm, then in another layer I made them bigger and placed them in the parts that I thought would look good, then I duplicated them and came back to unite to give more intensity to the blue color later I was doing this same process repeatedly until I achieved what you see, then I painted the puyas of the wings to give them the shape of a feather I used the Stain Mixer brush I gave it light and shadow with the brush multiply and superimpose after that I made the background using the large Texture brushes, Blur Mixer, I wanted to simulate a sky that has an opening through which the light enters, I made this light by making a gradient with a white tone then duplicate the layer and erase certain parts with the Soft Airbrush, later I took a lighter blue and painted along the edges where the light comes from, to finish I made some bright reflections on the crown, or eyes and lips
