Battles of The Day: Corsair Bosun

After a season finale where the bounty was a total SHIT (in capital letters because it really was) it's time to bring a post about the best battles of the day and this time it will be about a card from the LIFE deck, which is one of my most "current" favorite cards of this deck. It's a card from the Riftwatchers edition and that card is: Corsair Bosun, a card that features one of my favorite abilities: "Reach", but is that in addition, being just in LVL 1 also has a second ability called "Reflection Shield", which is an ability that makes this card immune to other abilities such as "Blast, "Thorns", "Magic Reflect" and "Return Fire", making this card is an excellent choice to occupy the role of "tank card", although it does not have many life points, The only drawback I have with this card and with many cards of the Riftwatchers edition, is that it has a very high mana cost, exactly 10 mana points, so it is only convenient to use when I have a lot of mana in a battle. Therefore, these are the battles of the day of Corsair Bosun:

One of the combinations that I like to use with the LIFE deck is: in first position place Uriel The Purifier, in second position Corsair Bosun and somewhere in the formation also place Adelade Brightwing, because I think this is one of the most powerful combinations if you do not have other cards and these 3 cards complement each other very well, so the combination of cards of this first battle has these three cards that I mentioned. In first position: Uriel The Purifier, which is an extremely powerful and very resistant card and although it has the controversial "Recharge" ability, Uriel The Purifier compensates for that with a set of very high stats and abilities such as "Heal" and "Flying", so it is very resistant. In second position I placed today's protagonist card: Corsair Bosun, which is a card that has a pretty good set of stats, being this also another card that can resist many attacks and also, thanks to its "Reflection Shield" ability, makes it even more resistant to certain enemy abilities.

In third position I placed a card with the ability "Strengthen", which allows to add +1 life points to all my cards, being this quite useful, because as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I would have liked that Corsair Bosun had a little more life points, but with this ability of the card: Djinn Renova, it compensates a little that aspect. In fourth position could not miss the card that combined with Uriel The Purifier make a perfect duo, but also adding Corsair Bosun to the formula, the formation improves even more, being that card the aforementioned: Adelade Brightwing. In penultimate position I placed a card that I have been using quite recently and its ability "Blast" has been very useful in many battles to cause extra damage to my opponent, it is a card of the type Range Attack and in turn, is a card that has good stats, that card is: Prismologist. And in last position is a card that I like to use when in a battle I do not have much mana available and is a card that despite its low mana cost, is very useful and effective, that card is: Celestial Harpy.

BATTLE 1

Earlier I mentioned that I like to combine the cards: Uriel The Purifier, Corsair Bosun, Adelade Brightwing, but I especially like to use this combination using the Legendary summoner: Grandmaster Rathe, since the union of those three cards and that summoner is something very difficult to defeat and is a combination that, at least in the league I'm in, is almost a guaranteed victory (although there are exceptions, of course). In this second battle many cards that were in the first one are repeated, being those cards: Uriel The Purifier in first position again. Corsair Bosun also occupying its previous position with respect to the first battle. This time Adelade Brightwing is in third position. While Prismologist is also in a different position compared to the previous battle, this time in the fourth position.

The debutant cards in this second battle would be: Spirit Miner, which is one of my favorite cards and a card that does not need much introduction, since I use it a lot in my battles, because it is always useful thanks to its ability and in last position one of my favorite cards of the LIFE deck: Silvershield Sheriff.
