Weekly Challenge: DRAGONS

avatar

New week and another challenge, this time using cards from the Dragon deck, which is the deck I like to combine with Death (my favorite deck), although I also like to combine Dragon+Water a lot, it's a really good combination. Although the Dragon deck is an excellent deck, most of its cards are legendary and it is necessary to have those legendaries to be able to fight more effectively using this deck. Anyway, these are the battles I did today with the Dragon deck.

In this first battle I used two of my favorite cards from the Dragon deck, and as I already mentioned I used the Dragon+Death combination, which is one of the most effective, I think it is in fact the most effective combination or at least the one that gives me the best results, the second combination that gives me the best results is Dragon+Water, as I mentioned at the beginning of the post. In this first battle, in first position (as I mentioned, again), one of my favorite cards of this deck: Djinn Chwala, a very effective card both in offense and defense, it is a very complete card, one of the best in Melee. Continuing in the formation is: Dragon Jumper, another card of the Dragon deck that I like the most, it is very useful for the counterattack, continuing in the formation, I do not remember why exactly I put this card there, but in third position is: Furious Chicken and the next card, is another 0 mana cost: Corpse Fiend. Anyway, the next card if it was a little more useful, since that card is one of the most classic of the Death deck and that card is: Haunted Spider, very useful and quite annoying card due to its poison. And finally this: Carrion Shade, little I have to say about this card, I put it because I had 1 point of mana left over LOL. This battle was pretty easy, Djinn Chwala's ability was able to cause the most damage to my opponent's cards.

BATTLE 1

On the other hand, this battle was a bit desperate due to the way it developed. Again I chose the Dragon+Death combination. And again in first position is Djinn Chwala and Dragon Jumper is also in formation, although in third position, since in second position I placed Spineback Wolf. In fourth position I placed a card that I have been using a lot lately, it is quite useful: Disintegrator. In the next position is a card that I really should not have placed in that way and that card is: Haunted Spirit, a card that I like a lot, but really was not of great help in this battle. And in the last position is: Battering Ram. Anyway, that's the whole formation, all Melee cards because of the battle rule. After watching this battle again, I think I won by luck, because it was not a good formation. And I really won due to fatigue, because during almost all the battle I almost didn't remove life points with my cards to my opponent's Harklaw and what helped a little to decrease his life points, besides fatigue, was the "Thorns" ability of Djinn Chwala and Spineback Wolf.
